      Why do you need a whole story? The store owners have a right to refuse service to anyone for no reason at all.
      Also if you watched the video you would see where someone would treat him like a criminal as he is attempting to break into the store while she rants about how it is everyone else's responsibility to allow him to break the law, 0 attempts to redirect and instead teaching him it is ok to break into places. There won't be much more of a story after he breaks into someone's home now will there?

He would immediately get very loud. He then began just grabbing things. He would break in half, stomped on them. The Mother only said ONE time NO.
    Did the clerk have a right to refuse service?
    ABSOLUTELY. The Mother instead of dealing with Her son. Instead, She decided to use the phrase " YOU ARE ONLY DOING THIS BECAUSE I AM BLACK "
    That being said, My godson has special needs. I also volunteer at a Special Needs Facility for minors. I have situations that arise from time to time. I just keep doing what I can and usually turns out to be a good thing.

      When someone is commiting a crime they are a criminal no condition in the damn universe excuses criminal actions or a parent's support for the criminal actions.
      You should read the comments better, even another shopper inside the store commented on why they are banning him and his mother from the store.
      Name 1 condition where the police will say a person has that condition so the vandalism and burglery is acceptable .
      The fact is her son was destroying merchandise and she was told to control her son and her response was to pull a race card instead of correct her son's actions instead of calling the police and haveing her and her son charged with multiple felonies they refused service and locked them out even though it is costing the business from other people that can't go shopping inside the store. The son is trying to break into the store and she is complaining about being treated like a criminal after commiting crimes against the owners of the store.

      @Shylade Рік тому +6

      I think the key difference here from your situation and this was the “they asked me to restrain him”, “as you can see he a little big so I can’t”…
      Restrain is a word used when someone is destructive or physical aggressive. Shoplifting doesn’t require physical restraint and the parents who have one who does so without the mental capacity to understand isn’t putting anyone or anything in harms way. They could have an agreement to buy the things he takes while trying to figure out how to fix it.
      She wants special treatment here. Could you imagine a parent with a kid who has no disabilities acting like this when their kid caused physical threat or harm to a store over and over again?
      “My kid is just going through a phase and they won’t let him beat up on them or destroy their inventory. They don’t understand how kids going through hormones can act. Discrimination!”
      No we wouldn’t see it bc the kid would have gotten in far far more trouble than a mere kick out if he didn’t have disabilities. She thinks if she has to deal with it, all of us have to deal with it too. That’s a nope.

She told the dispatcher that he's mad because he wants her to restrain her son, then says that she is unable to do so because she isn't strong enough. Which suggests to me that he exhibited threatening or potentially dangerous behavior that either caused or could have caused damage to the property or put himself or a customer at risk. If that's the case then he had every right to do what he did. Your child is your responsibility, not other people's problem disabled or not. I have a teenage autistic son, if the mother was so concerned that her son was being treated like a criminal, then she should have just called the police and reported the employees at this store, but what they did to that boy was very wrong, they should have told the mother not to come back with or without her son, still pretty crappy

My dad chased her to the back door, and came back really fast. He said she jumped off the back porch 4 feet off the ground, one bounce off the ground and 6 feet to the 4 foot tall fence and she jumped that fence fromn 6 feet away. With one bounce. Hahaha scared the shit out of my dad. 😂 I have many more stories, but this ain't the right place. PEACE 🕊

I can say that all of the many times I have been in this store over the past few years, every clerk working there has been kind and respectful. Never had a problem there.
    And when my English Bulldog went missing for a day, they allowed me to put “lost” pictures on the windows of their store. They even provided some extra tape for me. They would not have closed the door on this young kid and his Mom unless they’ve experienced unchecked problems with him before. Sis likely isn’t being open with the full story here.
