Nice song but it make me want to cry, happy tears for finding a great pancake recipe. Absolutely one of the most saddest happiest cooking videos i had yet to see. Thanks for your kindness.

I know pancakes are pretty simple to alot of people but this is my favourite video for it! I was a little confused with the milk measurements lol but then I figured it out. I ended up making 10 large pancakes.
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 cups of milk
    450g of self raising flour
    170g of sugar
    3 tsp of baking powder
My family loved it and so did I! I don't think I'll be going back to any other pancake mixes.

Very nice. I haven't seen the butter in the napkin trick since I was a kid many many years gone by. I like to use buttermilk. The acidity will interact with the baking powder more than regular milk causing a better rise. If you don't have buttermilk you can make do nicely by adding either 2 tablespoons of lemon juice or white vinegar to the milk.

The secret ingredient is instant yeast! Add 1 tsp of yeast and the batter will look like in 1:55
To make your own self rising flour, (for 1 cup self rising flour) add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt into 1 cup of plain flour.
    Thanx for this recipe !

    Full typed recipe:
    Best Pancakes Ever Recipe
    Recipes yields about 20 pancakes
    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    1 pint milk
    1 lb self raising flour
    6oz caster sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    Directions:
    1. First break the 3 eggs into a large jug or bowl
    2. Pour the pint of milk into the eggs
    3. Whisk the eggs and milk together
    4. Add the dry ingredients. First the 1lb of raising flour, then the 6 oz of caster sugar, finally the 3 teaspoons of baking powder
    5. Whisk all ingredients together
    6. Leave the batter to rise for about one hour
    7. Take a large spoon and beat the batter to a thick dropping consistency
    8. If batter is too thick add a splash of milk
    9. Heat a large frying pan or griddle on a medium heat
    10. Wrap a piece of butter in a serviette to grease the pan
    11. Now turn the heat up to full and use the spoon to dollop the batter on to the pan
    12. Leave the pancakes to cook until bubbles appear and the edges dull
    13. Separate them with a spatula if they have stuck together
    14. Flip them with the spatula
    15. They should be evenly browned to both sides
    16. Flip a towel over the top to keep them soft
    17. There is nothing nicer than a warm pancake with butter and jam. Enjoy.
