I really enjoyed your reaction. They most definitely are 3 insanely talented sisters!. Pau normally sings this song from behind the drum kit while playing. This was a special treat to have her drum mentor/teacher fill in on the drums so that she could be out in front with her sisters.

The drummer's name is Beto Ramos. A Mexican rock drummer. He also helped Paulina with her drumming.

This song was written by Pau as a big "middle finger" to all of their critics who called them "Malinchistas", which is a Mexican term for a cultural traitor. This song is the sisters telling those critics that they are proud Mexicans, and that anyone that says otherwise can fuck off.
