Hey Cheezy! Beto Ramos is Pau's drum teacher. He also did the sound mixing for this concert video. Fun Fact: Pablo Gonzales, Ale's Bass teacher, and Beto Ramos are both in the band Los Claxons, and both were guest musicians at these shows. Both are teachers very proud of their students for sure! I love that Ale was smiling throughout this whole show and many times mouthing the lyrics with the audience. Pau was also smiling through the whole show. Dany was just on fire the whole night! At the end, Pau was so overwhelmed with emotion she broke down crying on Ale's shoulder. It was so sweet! Legendary concert for sure! This concert will be one that is looked back on as a milestone in their career, and in rock in general!

My silly arse has never played in front of a crowd that big but was lucky enough to pack out the local big bar/music venue in Huntsville Alabama a few times back in the early 2000’s and during the cover songs and rap turned into rock songs we did those nights got the crowd going. I literally had them singing half the songs for me at times like brick in the wall for example.. anyway at the end of the show I would be a ball of emotion. If those songs had been my songs.. well I’d have shed some happy tears on stage. I can’t explain how good it feels when the crowd gets into it completely and I personally can’t imagine how much better it feels when it’s a bigger crowd and it’s your home town and you wrote the song.. so happy for them they deserve even more!!
This was the last song of the regular set. They left the stage and returned to play Martirio and Evolve as encores.
As great as Pau is behind her kit, it is so much fun seeing her out front and really rocking out.
Hello my friend, you should think about doing a reaction for Pau's cover of Creep, extra cool! You'll love it!!
Most vocalists prefer a handheld mic so they can control their volume directly. A guy mixing a soundboard cannot respond quickly enough. Lower parts will be right in the mic and higher notes you back off. When she’s playing drums, she has no choice.
I have no doubt Pau could do musical theater someday. So animated and dramatic.
Hey Cheezyxyz, when no one would take Pau as a student - she was too small, a midget, a girl - Beto took her in as a student. He and Ale's bass teacher Pablo have had a great influence and largely contributed and encouraged our girls to seek toward greatness.
Now that's a frontgirl!
Next i hope Ale has to be frontgirl for at least one song. She also has the voice and everybody loves her stage presence, she's quite beloved by the fandom.
You are spot on about the Inearz monitor hanging from Pau's left shoulder. To accommodate Beto's drum solo The Warning rearranged Narcisista in the middle implying that the entire song was performed live without their standard click tracks. A testament to the biological clocks within Beto, Ale, Pau & Dany. So next time anyone discounts their talents because of using clicks we can show them this video. Incredibly tight!!!

They always end with EVOLVE. its is fitting to leave us pumped up with warning adreniline.
They have had a guest drummer a couple of times now to allow Pau to come to he front. Last year they had Arjay Hale, this year heir guitar tech Chico played drum for one song, and their show in Monterrey with Eruca Sativa, they had Gabrielle Pedernera play drums. It's a great way to allow Pau to take the front of stage.
By the way, when they walk offstage with their instruments they are coming back for an encore. They always finish with a bow to the crowd and a photo.

Beto Ramos is the drummer for the Mexican rock band Jumbo (music available on Apple) and one of Pau’s drum teachers.
Would LOVE Pau to have a moment like this to show off in their concerts. It IS one of the little criticism i have with the band which i absolutly LOVE. Sometimes i would like to listen a different version than the album's one when they play It live
@@phildeval I agree. Their performances are so tight and yet scripted. At some point they will get more comfortable with improvisation -- hopefully
@@phildeval Totally agree with that thought, they do need to add in some improvising, let Pau do some extended drum fills or short solo and Dany needs to extend her leads on some songs to enhance them. This is what is missing and I think they would kill it if they stepped out of the rigid song structures...
The smile on Dany’s face as this starts is great. She knows what is coming and how the crowd will react. Also watch Beto smile at the end when she has the audience sing. Pau leaned into the crowd to make a heart with a fan. That’s why Dany and Ale were smiling.

Given your enthusiasm about the girls it seems that somehow you have missed the fan videos of Teatro Metropolitan concerts from last August. After they went off stage The Warning came back for 2 "otras" - Martirio & Evolve followed by closing the show with their customary bows & photos with fans in the background. Towards the end of this particular performance on 29th August 2022 Pau, overcome with the love received from Mexico City fans, broke down briefly on Ale's shoulder. I think this was their 1st concert in CDMX after the pandemic & probably after writing Narcisista. They were apprehensive about how they will be received by fans in the Mexican capital.
Beto Ramos is a 2 times Latin Grammy nominated session drummer who is also Pau's drum teacher & mentor. He was involved in More as well earlier this year.
they sang 22 songs in this concert.
IMHO she is the best singer of the group. But she is so awesome on the drums that she should never walk away from them. Reminds me of Karen Carpenter, another great singer. who should never have walked away from the drums. It doesn't matter so much for recordings, but the visuals of Pau rocking out on the drums is so much more compelling than the visuals of Beto on the drums.
I listened to a personal video of this concert, and you could barely hear TW singing! Everyone in the crowd was singing every word on every song, it was incredible!! Dude, I think you stole my shirt🙂🤘⚡️

Tiny little Pau comes out in a short skirt and heels. It don't get better than that. You know, these girls are all attractive and sexy but they don't really do anything to play that aspect up. They wear clothes any modern girl might wear to the mall, not showgirl outfits. I have fallen in love with this band.
I do think it'd be great if Dany took on a wearable mic so she could move around the stage more. She does more than she used to but she still does have to return to the mic stand. After all, her guitar is wireless!
Just wait till their new record comes out …It’s already written just needs to be fined tuned ,played and put out ..The sky is the limit

Dany is fun to watch when she sings with Three Days Grace. She has no guitar or pedals to push buttons. She just runs around and sings it’s great. Now if Ale would sing lead more often. I know she doesn’t want to. When I saw them in Pittsburgh and Baltimore I was hoping Ale would sing lead. Can’t wait to see them again.

On their channel I left the comment that the sound of the gig is absolutely good except for the sound coming from the crowd because it's very low.
If it were higher, it would have a better final effect, without a doubt.

I got to see Pau come from the drum kit in Colorado Springs when Lizzy Hale's brother took over the kit when they toured with Halestorm, was magical!

It's fascinating how you can hear a difference in the sound of the drums. Pau just puts a little extra snap in the way she hits the skins. No offense to Beto.
But Beto does a couple of stagger fills...It's a brilliant song that allows for artistic massaging.

Nice Reaction! I think this is the 8th video they have released from this show. There is a guy that follows them around alot and video's their concert and he did this one (Martin TW), but the audio is not very good. What he did catch at this show is when the lights went up, they introduced the guest musicians and then Dany was bringing out the rest of the stage crew and Pau got a little emotional and went and put her head on Ale's chest and Ale put her arm around her and one of the crew saw what was happening and he went over and put his arm around Pau too. Then they all went to in front of the drum kit to do a bow and several others went and comforted Pau when they saw what was happening. It was so nice of them to go and comfort Pau when they saw what was happening. Hopefully they will release that last part of the show from the Pro Shot Video.
They are definitely not going in the order of the show, Narcisista was followed by a double "encore" (clearly planned) of Martirio (also already released from same show) and Evolve.
They respects their professors and masters and it's nice to see.
I honestly hope for them to make more music in Spanish. I think Martirio and Narcissista are some of their best songs.

It's an exercise for Pau to put on the headset mic and there are more songs to play so it makes sense to leave it on and mute it in the house. It might have been useful for the recording.

Pau is an extraordinary frontwoman, different from Dany's style, but just as good. I have even heard the opinion of some experienced musicians, who believe that at some point in the future, Pau could have a side project to The Warning, where she was not the drummer, but the singer and frontwoman.
I don't know, this is a good idea for a family group as well integrated as The Warning (it's probably a bad idea), but it's not such a strange idea either. For example, Phil Collins with living together in his career with Genesis and his solo career.
I think TW is a perfect "three-legged stool". To give a Beatles analogy, Pau is John, the intense socially-conscious intellectual; Dany is Paul, gregarious and eternally cheery & optimistic; Ale is George, the introvert with sardonic wit whose musical contributions are essential but can fly under the radar. Let's see TW get to the level of a Genesis or a Fleetwood Mac before we start talking "side projects".
Dany could have a side project as just singer but why would any of them not want to do what they love?

If you want to hear the crowd listen to one of the fan cams. There was someone near the front that the phrase couldn't carry a tune in a bucket describes perfectly. I would much rather hear the band so I appreciate the sound off the board without all the off-key attempts of the crowd to sing along. I realize some artists such as The Warning really appreciate crowd participation & that's fine at the concert but for a good recording of a concert I don't want the band being drowned out. Especially since most crowds are not in time and are off key.
100% but I just meant mainly the parts where they pause and let the crowd sing the part. That specifically should have been raised in the mix. Not the entire song, that would be miserable lol

Always love your reactions, especially to The Warning. Agree with you about the crowd amplification. Seems to me they may have turned it up incrementally during the performance, with the ending being the loudest. Stay cheesy.
They just dropped Evolve from that show and they truly are a band who makes music that has to be heard live Dany and Ale’s little stare down before Pau’s scream they have been dropping these back to back recently
@Cheezyxyz - I like your comment about their mics....I wonder if they have experimented with wireless head mics for Dani and Ale? To me, it would be a natural progression in their performance quality...not being tethered to a mic stand, being able to jump around on stage and sing at the same time. Consider Broadway musical singers... they all have wireless mics on while dancing and singing all over the stage! Plus their mics are tiny grains of rice! Hmmmmmmm.........!

We already knew that this 1 was a personal song by Pau. We know the backstory. But to see her put so much passion into it as a front woman.... All 3 do. It's in your face rock, and it has a message. I swear Pau could be a 1 woman band if she wanted to! I love all 3, but I will always be, team Pau!

I asked Pau last year, when they was visiting Lzzy Hale, and Joe in Nashville, about the 2 mics on stage when she went up front for leads. She said that the hand held is just a better Mic than her headset, which she wears out of necessity when drumming. They move very quickly on stage these days, and don't dilly around anymore. It's easier, faster, etc.. to just leave the headset wireless on, including the transceiver strapped to her backside. It might be hardwired, and not a plug in headset. If it comes off, it must go back on for the next song. That's eating up the clock, and avoidable. ⚡Keep going man, tons of TW content out there for you to see.
Yep; a quality full mic will always beat a headset one. There's a *ton* of technology that goes into modern microphone development, but at the end of the day, you just can't beat sheer area and "volume" of a precise, sensitive stand microphone. It's always going to be better than a miniaturized one, just from simple physics.
It's not the end.. just the encore...

Just watched this show in its entirety last night and I felt like I was there watching it, great quality video! Pau is always fun to watch behind the kit but I'm sure she loves getting the opportunity to move around and interact with her sister's and the crowd even more. Love Pau but I did find certain parts of her stage performance a little awkward. In a good way for sure. It's not like she does this every concert. 😃

@@phildevalIn the past I've seen comments that either Pau or Dany should give up their instruments and just sing. Or Pau should be the front woman. Or Ale should sing more lead. In my opinion they are exactly where they should be.
