Video not the best quality, but the content is very helpful! Many thanks. Just two comments based on my experience- no need to break the harness clips and if you remove the expansion tank, no need to remove the engine mounting brackets. Just move them out to provide some space.
She got quoted $900, and I just got quoted $1040.00 from the Dealer...Ouch! Sucks that you got the wrong cover. How did you lift the engine, did you just jack it up from bottom? Lastly, what was the torque spec to? Either way, thanks for sharing.
I know if you look through the videos at minute 37 it the correct part number from the dealership, plus this will only work if you have the same valve cover style.
@@keltis1844Go to your dealership and give them your vin. Theres around 4 different valve covers for this car. Stop nagging on someones video for information when you can do it yourself. The internet is free.
Thanks bud, saved me from having to pull the intake
I know it makes you believe it has to be removed but definitely it can be done with it in place.

Thanks for the tips!
You still have torque specs for valve cover? Also where did you place your jack to hold the weight of the engine up? Thanks in advanced.
On the engine oil pan , torque just make sure they are tight enough but don't brake them lol
