So here’s my 2 sense.. if you have no complaints and love how your V3X shoots there isn’t enough difference in my opinion. It is slightly quieter and more dead but the V3X is still extremely quiet and dead. The only other gain is the new stabs but I guess you have to gauge how important they are for you as a hunter. There’s a lot of other great bars that will give you the same stability. The Bridgelock bars are extremely innovative and make a lot of sense but that comes with a large price tag.. Im extremely curious about 2024 as we have seen 5 years of Switch weight and now 2 years of the same platform overall. Im not saying they should or will do away with Switch weight cams but I would like to see something new.
Thank you. It does feel like it’s time for something different from Mathews. I may just wait and see what happens. The V3x is very good. But it’s always fun to try something new.
I’m so sorry! I am definitely trying to learn the videography life lol hopefully you see improvement on the more recent vids. I appreciate the feedback.
I don’t believe so. I know that’s always a big talking point about longer ATA’s. There is no doubt that a shorter ATA is easier to carry around and maneuver due to how compact they are but the way companies like Mathews and Hoyt have created such amazing accessories that integrate to the riser, I feel that you don’t see the bulk of a bigger bow nearly as much as you would on older bows.
@@CloserOutdoors nice alot of people using raptor. i got the 33 in ambush green and i love that bow, upgraded from a halon 32 5 IBO 350, to the new phase 4. miss the halon but it happens.
@@jayfromthe209 The Halon series was great but it’s hard to beat the new integration of all the accessories and the adjustability of the newer models. Congrats on the new bow I hope you enjoy it!
Great information. Thanks for doing the build!
Thanks for giving it a watch!
Of course I stumble across this video/account mere hours after picking up my Phase 4.
Great video. Hope my builder was as good as you 😂 🤘
Enjoy that bow sir!
Great bow build with lots of excellent info!! 🏹👊🏼
Great info, now do an arrow build video
HI, great video, i have the same setup , how do you decide on the depth of the bar that holds the scope? do yo
Hey Hendrik, I’m so sorry for not responding Sooner. Are you asking how I set the length of my dovetail?
Debating whether to upgrade V3x 29 to phase 4 or wait for 2024 bow. Thoughts?

Is the 33 too cumbersome in a treestand ? Thx in advanced.

@@CloserOutdoors Thanks. I'm gonna shoot both and see which one I like. Haven't had a new bow since I bought a Drenalin , years ago.
@@John_D2 let me know what you decide to go with!
no peep?
I’m shooting a 5/32 Hamskea raptor peep. I unfortunately did not have one for the video however I should of mentioned it.
