    Pls mention about the breathing pattern while doing crunches..... Should we exhale from mouth while coming up & inhale while going down... Thanks

    1: basic 0:02
    2: feet off. 0:11
    3: side heel touch. 0:18
    4: cross elboow to knee 0:25

    @Jordan Yeoh Fitness Theses types of videos get you so many views. You should do more of them and list the ones "you" think worst best for the specified area. So many workout routines there and I think people just want to narrow down which ones work the best

    How should i break this exercise? Doing all 30 with one reps of 10 or dividing each day with 10 exercises of 3reps?

    I took screenshots of all the exercises and put them in a collage app, then printed them. If you had one of those laminated posters of these exercises to hang in a home gym, I would buy it instantly!
