As a teacher and missionary I was assigned in Italy without leaning before going there it’s like hell. I learned and speak Italian with in 3months because I was really forced to speak. I accepted the challenge to be able to teach the children. Now, I just smile. I love Italian language.
Could you let me know how you achieved this as I am really struggling and do not know what way to turn. As in, the best way to learn. My problem is that I cannot decipher quickly enough when listening.
@@peterjones8335 sorry for the late respond. I had a book. First I memorized the Pronoun. Then everyday for the first month I just memorized at least 2words. The most daily common words. First verb like TO EAT. Then second a thing like a GLASS . PLATE . Then, second month I memorized 3words. So, I got 240 words with in 3months. Next step was I started to conjugate. I used those 240words everyday. When I watch the news or movie . I wrote the words that I didn’t understand . Then I look the dictionary. There was no smart phone or apps that time in 1999.
