As a middle Tennessee girl I'm so happy to see you enjoyed hanging around my neck of the woods. Or, close by, anyway. It looked like a lovely time even if it was a bit stifling with the heat. Thank you for visiting and I hope you will return to our most wonderful "deep south" another time. 🙂
interesting your comments regarding your last stop and the plantation. With few exceptions, all of us here in the US, regardless of our skin color, political persuasion, or financial standing absolutely agree that the slavery time in the US was reprehensible. All of us wish it had never taken place, but you cannot change the past. However, we can work together to ensure we do not forget the past, lest we find ourselves repeating it. We have brown gravy too, and chicken gravy. The white gravy you mentioned is sausage gravy. It's usually served with biscuits and eaten at breakfast, or at other meals with chicken fried steak.
The “gravy” is typically called milk gravy. The addition of sausage makes it, “sausage gravy”. It’s just an American staple. :) Made from a fat (in this case the fat rendered from the cooked crumbled sausage) and then flour is added to the skillet or pan and cooked a bit before the addition of milk and salt and pepper. This simple dish is easy to make but even here in the U.S. people will buy a powdered mix or (I think?!?) even a jar. I suppose there is an art to it…but I grew up eating this…and it’s as you would say, “dead easy to me” to make. It’s a béchamel sauce. You can change the fat to butter and omit the sausage and serve over peas, creamed peas. YUMMY! Or any variety of things. It’s lovely! Also, I’m curious about the, “bread and butter” pudding you mentioned. Was it referred to as just bread pudding on the menu? My mom makes the most wonderful bread pudding with a lemon 🍋 sauce! Most often served with a rum sauce though. I have tried to look up “iodine plantation” and I do not find anything. Was the plantation you mentioned an indigo plantation? I love to hear the British take on such a deeply southern American trip! I dream of a trip/holiday like this but am afraid it’ll be too cost prohibitive in my lifetime. I would like however, to visit Natchez someday and hopefully you could go there again too, possibly during their famous and historical Pilgrimage. It sounds as if you would enjoy that very much!
We did this cruise on the American Queen in 2016. We embarked in New Orleans and disembarked in Memphis and independently, went on to Nashville. Like yourselves, we have done a lot of cruises but even to date, this is at the top of our list. Being Canadian, we learned so much more than we thought we knew about the Deep South. The history is amazing and the journey that the American Steamboat Company affords you is unbelievable. Your video really touched everything on all levels. It brought back a lot of wonderful memories. Thank you!

You could fly into Louisiana and visit so much of Vicksburg, Natchez and St. Francisville and get the whole, “Deep South” experience much, much more affordably. Thank you for the guided tour. A little Elivs factual trivia for you: You probably know that he was famous for shooting his TV's if he didn't like what he saw. It's been revealed that whenever he saw singer Bob (Robert) Goulet singing on TV he would shoot the TV. (Can't really say that I blame him either...)
This was really interesting! Since it is taking forever and a day for our passports to get renewed, my husband and I are limited to the US for travel for the near future. This is definitely on my list of things to do!
Love the video. I never thought about a river cruise in America but now I'll have to do a rethink. Oh! gravy in America is normally brown the white gravy you had is more of a southern food that goes over biscuits and country fried streak. Keep on cruising. 😀🚢
One thing I was curious about was the accommodations on the boat. Do they have rooms with King Size Beds? I am going to look up more information on these cruises. I can see my wife and I taking one of these cruises soon.
Yes they do, the beds were super comfortable. Have you seen part two of this series where we talk about accommodation? ua-cam.com/video/2cNhhV8BR98/v-deo.htmlsi=C5Avo4IeRH0neZ2I
Love your videos! Your presentation is both succinct and charming, which is a very rare combination! I'd like to comment about the white sauce as you've maybe had it dozens of times, but as a as base for other dishes. It's made with a roux, then cream or milk added as the liquid, instead of adding a meat stock for the liquid as you would for making a brown gravy. In Italy, I've had it as the sauce for white pizzas. It's the the base for alfredo dishes (add parmesan to the sauce, mix with pasta, and bake) and it's the traditional base for many "cream of" soups. Southern food is so good because it's based on French cooking. The entire Mississippi River valley area was French territory until the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, which doubled the size of the US at that time. Sorry if you knew that, or picked it up on all those wonderful tours! At any rate, really enjoyed that video. I've always wondered about those steamboat cruises, so thank you!
I love your British presentation of the Deep South. As an American who grew up there, that is the EXACT kind of experience I’d like to have if I ever make it to Yorkshire or the Cotswolds!
I'm Glad you enjoyed your tour of the Mississippi! Memphis is one of my favorite cities! The black singers of the 50's used to love to perform in London, as they were paid more, (in pounds), there was no segregation, and everyone was allowed to attend, not like in the Jim Crow South at the time.
In 2019 we did the lower Mississippi & in 2021 we did the Capecodder. BOTH trips were FANTASTIC!! 5 STAR food & service!!! It's a little pricey compared to the large cruise ships but we prefer the smaller ships because you aren't treated like a number. Highly recommend American Cruise Lines!!!!! Get their free brochure!!!
Thanks Mike. We were invited on board by American Queen so we organised our own flights and one extra nights stay at the Peabody. However, you can book direct with American Queen Voyages or contact your travel agent to see if they could book it for you. You could always try Panache cruises - I’m not sure if they will be able to book this for you but worth asking, tell them we told you to call 😄
As a Southern California bro with Mid Western roots, I was really looking forward to yeh Brits take on the quintessential south. If I visit Europe, I’m seeing the origins and inspirations carried on to my country. But when you come here, you’re seeing the influence from the thousands of years worth of history before that. And that is trippy to me. Maybe it’s all the historic south restoration home channels or wanting to know more about my American heritage that has inspired my quest to explore the south, but I’ve been really interested in Mississippi River boat cruising. In fact, Our Restoration Nation is FROM Natchez. Amazing looking town. And I LOVE our American biscuits. My grandma from Missouri made the absolute best. It’s been said that the southern accent came about because of HOW humid-hot the south is! They just slowed down their speech. And it became an accent. I can believe it. Even BIG cities in the South and Mid West are low-key c compared to the likes of Los Angeles like what I’m used to.
This was great. I live just a day or two’s drive from New Orleans and have thought about doing theAmerican Queen cruise, but, like some of the locals you talked with, it just seems kinda ho hum to us. We prefer Europe, the Med, and a few more exotic places. I am really glad that you both enjoyed it so much. I hope you had a chance to go into Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and try the beignets, they are fantastic.
Fellow Tennessean an your very informative in this clip. The peabody is an iconic place that we cherish here in west Tennessee. There has been a new motel built across from Graceland an lisa marie an Priscilla grace this hotel with a design inspection an seal of approval. Every room in it is exactly like a room in Graceland itself. Even the foyer as you enter is exactly like the foyer in Graceland. Right down to the furniture beds chairs everything. Even dining area is replicate of dining room just on larger scale. Its rather unique in it's on accord. Didn't know if you knew about it or if interested actually don't know if you were or are an Elvis fan or not.
We adored the Peabody, such a special place to stay. Wow, that new motel sounds amazing. Did you see our Graceland video? ua-cam.com/video/Ki4aB0W6tKw/v-deo.htmlsi=HnNHaaeW_DksVSl3
I've just finished watching this in preparation for next week's road trip to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. We're staying for 2 nights in Vicksburg, Natchez and St Francisville and I'm even more excited about staying in those beautiful little towns having seen them on video. I'm really looking forward to seeing the plantation houses and I've got the one's you visited on my list. I'm particularly interested in how they present the history warts and all. Thank you!
Loved the look of this boat. Went to book only to find that it’s ceased operating. American Cruise Lines offers the same river cruise, however, the boats lack the old style nostalgia of the American Queen.
Just to tell you both, yes Memphis has Sun Records and some call it the birth place of rock-n-roll BUT a DJ in a radio station on Cleveland, Ohio that call the music "Rock and Roll" and put on the very first Rock concert.
When did you take this cruise? This summer (2023) or last? I ask because it appears that your other videos about the paddleboat were made last year. Thank you for posting. I greatly enjoy your videos.
Hi Margaret. We took this cruise in 2022 and have only just released this review because we've been extremely busy. Sorry about that. Rest assured, the itineraries, the boat and the experience does not change much year on year. :)
Unfortunately the company has very recently gone into liquidation so these ships are no longer sailing. Let’s hope they get taken over by someone so they can start sailing the Mississippi again soon 🤞
It’s a beauty that’s for sure. Let’s hope it’s always maintained so well, it’s such an incredible example of the history of that region. Thanks for watching.
Unfortunately American Queen Voyages has since gone into liquidation so no longer run these cruises. However the ships have been bought by American Cruise Lines so hopefully she will continue to sail the Mississippi under this new ownership. We would advise looking at their website or contacting your TA for up to date prices. Thanks for watching.
This video would be better labeled Towns Along the Mississippi, as I learned almost nothing about your experiences on the boat itself. What was your stateroom like, a photo of the meals or at least the menu - even some photos of the inside of the boat would have been nice.
Here is the ship tour which briefly shows our suite but unfortunately we didn’t get access to many of the other grades of rooms. Hope this helps and thanks for watching 👍 ua-cam.com/video/1yCHsDgJX7A/v-deo.htmlsi=rC2V7PjeSqoBC_Vd
I was a little disappointed that you had to stay for longer than the cruise itself to be able to enjoy the 'musical connections' with the area. If we JUST booked the cruise, it looks like we would miss out on one reason for the cruise, the music. Am I correct?
The music on the cruise was excellent - for more on that watch this one ⬇️ ua-cam.com/video/2cNhhV8BR98/v-deo.htmlsi=afHaMDC9x551Yj64 However, American Queen Voyage’s is no longer trading and the ship is not sailing anymore 😢
@@visitwithus Showboat. Great play made into a movie. Music by Jerome Kern. Story takes. Place on a paddle wheeler . Songs include Make Believe and Ol Man River😀
No; I wouldn’t love a Mississippi cruise! The river is too muddy. Steamboat looks beautiful, though. Definitely the Deep South. Beautiful old plantation houses to see, though, and Peabody Hotel is a must in Memphis! The duck 🦆parade is so cute.
interesting, I may end up doing this cruise as well someday. 95 (35 C) is hot, especially down there, where it is very humid! 105 F (40 C) is not uncommon here in "Silicon Valley" (part of the "San Francisco Bay Area") in the summer....but it's dry, so your body can sweat to rid itself of heat...that's far more difficult with the greater humidity down there! Well, in both cases, you definitely want AC 🙂 Some Europeans wonder why we use it so much in the USA, well, come here in the summer and you will discover why 🙂 Some parts of the USA are under snow right now, but here in the Bay Area, it was 60 F (15 C) today, and 70 F (21 C) is predicted for Monday. 🙂
Vicksburg was besieged in the middle of the Civil War, as it was the only city on the Mississippi River between the northern river ports and the southern ports which connected to seagoing ships at New Orleans and thence to England. The siege lasted a year before the city fell. Many died. It fell the same week as Gettysburg Pennsylvania, delivering two major defeats to the Confederacy at the same time. This cut the Confederacy into two parts: Texas, Arkansas isolated west of the Mississippi and Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia in the east. The following year the eastern part was cut in halves at Atlanta and again in the final year in the Carolinas and Virginia. Should you come again to the US, the national parks at the battlefields are beautiful with very talented and knowledgeable guides. From West to east the parks are Vicksburg, Shiloh, Atlanta, Savannah, then north through Appomattox, Antietam and Gettysburg. Worth a trip. The best months are June and July - it will be hot and humid.
You do know that Natchez Mississippi is the southern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway, This Trading Route is older than recorded time of the Bible. There are documented Indian Burial Mounds on the Northern half that have been dug and recorded artifact over 12,000 years old. I try host a Motor Scooter Ride on it once a year for 4 days. BTW Sausage Gravy and Biscuits are a breakfast staple among many here in the Southern U.S.
Thank you for posting! I'm from St. Louis, MO (further north on the River than Memphis). I got a kick out of your description of biscuits and gravy for the Brits in your audience. Also, thank you for mentioning the dark past of the deep South, looking it in the eye, so to speak. Again, thank you for posting!
BTW, one of my great great grandfathers was KIA at the Battle of Vicksburg. Fortunately, he was drafted into the Confederate Army after he had kids, or I wouldn't be here.
I must have missed something about "troubled" but where do you discuss "Our experience on the troubled American Queen."? What was troubling? This was an enjoyable UA-cam video but was the title meant to attract us and for no other reason?
Why do you refer to the Civil War Era as "Dark History"? You English have many parts of yours that you might refer to as Dark, most recently, your treatment of Polish Flyers during WWII. Do you refer to yours that way? ( I am related by marriage to the Duchess of Windsor and my family came to the US from England. We were very much involved in your Royal day to day affairs and my forebearers lived in Castles Arundel and Beauvoir as well.
I’m fully aware we also have a dark history, much like most other countries of the world. Our focus was obviously the US in this vlog, hence the comment was directed at the US without mention of those not relevant. 🙂
As of today, April 5th, 2024 I saw this American Queen Voyages has made the difficult decision to shut down. Despite great efforts by our team, crew and partners, American Queen Voyages (AQV) unfortunately has been unable to rebound from the effects of the pandemic. The overnight cruise industry was especially affected by changes in travel preferences and, as a result, AQV has become financially unsustainable.
Thanks for watching! This is the kind of video we call an 'Experience Review' which is the format where we sit down and talk about the various aspects of the experience overlaid with all our original clips of the trip. That's why we're in it so much. If you watch our other AQ videos, you'll see we're in them much less! :)
I was aware of the very recent publicity on the demise of the company. Agree, a terrible loss...but to the best of my knowledge, your video was made at least 5 months ago when no one knew of its financial problems...and I don't believe you ever mentioned the financial problems. Respectfully...where did the title come from if it is never discussed in the video...or did I miss something?
I updated the title to reflect the current status of the cruise line. It doesn’t change the content and the title doesn’t refer to anything in the video. It’s like saying, ‘we interview the controversial DJ Howard Stern’. He’s a controversial DJ, but that doesn’t mean the interview is controversial. AQV IS a troubled cruise line.
A wonderful vacation and indded, my dream is to tour the Blues Hiway. But i dont agree that Elvis created Rock n Roll. I believe that honor goes to Chuck Berry, but racism demanded a white man to promote and make it acceptable to an audience that included white Americans

A little Elivs factual trivia for you: You probably know that he was famous for shooting his TV's if he didn't like what he saw. It's been revealed that whenever he saw singer Bob (Robert) Goulet singing on TV he would shoot the TV. (Can't really say that I blame him either...)
Good job UA-cam wasn’t around then - he might have shot the tv if he’d seen one of our videos 😂
Thanks for watching 😊
I heard he would shoot the T.V. if he didn't like the football game.😂Good thing there wasn't a Tennessee team at that time!
@@visitwithus 😅
Stunning vlog again , you are great..
Thank you so much 😊
This is an absolutely wonderful and delightfully done review of a Mississippi river cruise aboard the American Queen Voyages AMERICAN QUEEN riverboat!
Thank you ☺️
Watching now on my tv. ❤
Thank you 🤩
This was really interesting! Since it is taking forever and a day for our passports to get renewed, my husband and I are limited to the US for travel for the near future. This is definitely on my list of things to do!
Thanks for watching 😊
Love the video. I never thought about a river cruise in America but now I'll have to do a rethink. Oh! gravy in America is normally brown the white gravy you had is more of a southern food that goes over biscuits and country fried streak. Keep on cruising. 😀🚢
Thanks for watching 😊
Thank you for watching and for your detailed explanation 👍😊
I love your British presentation of the Deep South. As an American who grew up there, that is the EXACT kind of experience I’d like to have if I ever make it to Yorkshire or the Cotswolds!
Thank you ☺️
Is the Delta Queen ever going to sail again?
Sadly we don’t think the American Queen will sail the Mississippi again 😔
We spent our honeymoon on the Delta Queen St Paul to St Louis 44 years ago. We could only afford upper and lower berths😊
What a romantic honeymoon (even if you were in upper and lower bunks 😂)
Thank you so much for watching and commenting 👍
I'm Glad you enjoyed your tour of the Mississippi! Memphis is one of my favorite cities! The black singers of the 50's used to love to perform in London, as they were paid more, (in pounds), there was no segregation, and everyone was allowed to attend, not like in the Jim Crow South at the time.
We really enjoyed our time in Memphis and loved all of the music there 🎶
Thanks for watching 😊
i have seen the american queen pass slowly by Drews on the RIver venue by the anderson ferry near cincinnati ohio on the ohio river.
She’s beautiful inside and out 😍
Thanks for watching 👍
In 2019 we did the lower Mississippi & in 2021 we did the Capecodder. BOTH trips were FANTASTIC!! 5 STAR food & service!!! It's a little pricey compared to the large cruise ships but we prefer the smaller ships because you aren't treated like a number. Highly recommend American Cruise Lines!!!!! Get their free brochure!!!
Thanks for watching 👍
Had you read any Mark Twain books prior to the cruise?
Many, many moons ago when we were at school but nothing recently unfortunately.
Hi we were just wondering did you book this as a package, if so who with? Or did you book directly please?
Again a great video
Thanks Mike. We were invited on board by American Queen so we organised our own flights and one extra nights stay at the Peabody. However, you can book direct with American Queen Voyages or contact your travel agent to see if they could book it for you. You could always try Panache cruises - I’m not sure if they will be able to book this for you but worth asking, tell them we told you to call 😄
They didn't pay for this cruise.
We loved Natchez and learning more about the history of this area. Love that story about the accent 😁❤️
Thanks for watching.
We did indeed go to Cafe du Monde 😋
Thanks for watching Lou 😊
@@visitwithus they can be addictive for sure.

Would like to see cabins on the boat and meals

I've just finished watching this in preparation for next week's road trip to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. We're staying for 2 nights in Vicksburg, Natchez and St Francisville and I'm even more excited about staying in those beautiful little towns having seen them on video. I'm really looking forward to seeing the plantation houses and I've got the one's you visited on my list. I'm particularly interested in how they present the history warts and all. Thank you!
Thanks for watching and I'm glad it was helpful Angela! Have a brilliant time! :D
Loved the look of this boat. Went to book only to find that it’s ceased operating. American Cruise Lines offers the same river cruise, however, the boats lack the old style nostalgia of the American Queen.
ACL have bought the ships and hopefully they’ll get the American Queen back up and sailing the Mississippi again soon 🤞
Thanks for watching.
Great video
Thank you 😊
Just to tell you both, yes Memphis has Sun Records and some call it the birth place of rock-n-roll BUT a DJ in a radio station on Cleveland, Ohio that call the music "Rock and Roll" and put on the very first Rock concert.
Thanks for watching and for your insight 👍
What month did you do the cruise? Can you recommend a month that wouldn’t be as hot or as humid? Thanks
We were there at the end of June, the penultimate sailing as it just gets too hot after that. I should think April/May or September might be nice 🤔
Can I ask, how did ye book it ? did ye use a UK booking agent ?
Unfortunately the company has very recently gone into liquidation so these ships are no longer sailing. Let’s hope they get taken over by someone so they can start sailing the Mississippi again soon 🤞
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching 👍
I am from and lived in the “deep south” all my life. Nottoway is my all time favorite.
It’s a beauty that’s for sure. Let’s hope it’s always maintained so well, it’s such an incredible example of the history of that region.
Thanks for watching.
How much was the cruise per person?
Unfortunately American Queen Voyages has since gone into liquidation so no longer run these cruises. However the ships have been bought by American Cruise Lines so hopefully she will continue to sail the Mississippi under this new ownership. We would advise looking at their website or contacting your TA for up to date prices.
Thanks for watching.
What was the name of the plantation in St Franciseville La?
It was The Myrtles Plantation 👍
@@visitwithus ❤️
The film " The Firm " was filmed in Memphis .
This video would be better labeled Towns Along the Mississippi, as I learned almost nothing about your experiences on the boat itself. What was your stateroom like, a photo of the meals or at least the menu - even some photos of the inside of the boat would have been nice.
Thanks for watching. You need to watch part 2, where all of that is covered. 🙂
Do you have a room tour for this boat?
Here is the ship tour which briefly shows our suite but unfortunately we didn’t get access to many of the other grades of rooms.
Hope this helps and thanks for watching 👍

We took this cruise in 2016. Best cruise we ever took! Too bad they’ve fallen on hard times.
I was a little disappointed that you had to stay for longer than the cruise itself to be able to enjoy the 'musical connections' with the area. If we JUST booked the cruise, it looks like we would miss out on one reason for the cruise, the music. Am I correct?
The music on the cruise was excellent - for more on that watch this one ⬇️
ua-cam.com/video/2cNhhV8BR98/v-deo.htmlsi=afHaMDC9x551Yj64
However, American Queen Voyage’s is no longer trading and the ship is not sailing anymore 😢
Great that you survived a night in Memphis
Haha! We did! :D
Rich does an excellent job commenting. Hellen sing! Continue to sing!
You wouldn’t say that if you’d actually heard me 😂
Thanks for watching 😊
Groovy
Had you ever seen the movie “Showboat”?
No, not sure we have?
Recommended?
Thanks for watching 👍
@@visitwithus Showboat. Great play made into a movie. Music by Jerome Kern. Story takes. Place on a paddle wheeler . Songs include Make Believe and Ol Man River😀
It’s interesting to see a Brits opinion of the Mississippi River and the Deep South
Thanks for watching 👍
Really want to see the best of the US check out Back Waters and Back Roads.
LOL had to laugh… liking the “veranda”. We call them “front porch”. A whole culture is involved! But yes, We do have Verandas too….
😂😂😂
Thanks for watching.
So what was the ship like?
Thanks for watching! We have two
other videos in this series that will reveal much more. 😀
The river itself isn’t the prettiest in the world but the boat was incredible and some wonderful stops along the way 👍
interesting, I may end up doing this cruise as well someday. Well, in both cases, you definitely want AC 🙂 Some Europeans wonder why we use it so much in the USA, well, come here in the summer and you will discover why 🙂
Some parts of the USA are under snow right now, but here in the Bay Area, it was 60 F (15 C) today, and 70 F (21 C) is predicted for Monday. 🙂
Hope you get to do it some day - and hopefully you’ll be able to cope with the heat better than us flaky Brits 😂
Thanks for watching 👍
Thank you so much for watching and your detailed comments 🤩
You do know that Natchez Mississippi is the southern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway, This Trading Route is older than recorded time of the Bible. There are documented Indian Burial Mounds on the Northern half that have been dug and recorded artifact over 12,000 years old. I try host a Motor Scooter Ride on it once a year for 4 days. BTW Sausage Gravy and Biscuits are a breakfast staple among many here in the Southern U.S.
Thanks for the additional info. 🙂
This cruise line according to their website has shut down.
Yes, unfortunately it has. Hopefully it will be bought by someone and sailing agains soon 🤞
Sad to say, American Queen Voyages announced in Feb 2024 that they were ceasing operations & shutting down
Very sad indeed. Let’s hope they get taken over by a new investor 🤞
Thanks for watching 👍
Please pray for the Colonies. Such a beautiful land. Such a troubled time.
Thanks for watching.
Thank you for watching and your comments 😁👍
As a US viewer, the river valleys are the worst for humidity and heat.
Thanks for watching 👍
Here’s an idea go in winter
Brilliant idea! Thanks for watching. 🙌
BTW, one of my great great grandfathers was KIA at the Battle of Vicksburg. Fortunately, he was drafted into the Confederate Army after he had kids, or I wouldn't be here.
Wow, that really brings the history home 😞 We really enjoyed our visit to Vicksburg and learning more about the history of the area.
Unfortunately the line shut down.
They’ve recently been bought by American cruise line so hopefully they’ll be back up and running again soon 🤞
I must have missed something about "troubled" but where do you discuss "Our experience on the troubled American Queen."? What was troubling? This was an enjoyable UA-cam video but was the title meant to attract us and for no other reason?
American Queen Voyages has gone bust. That’s trouble enough, wouldn’t you say? No click bait.
I'm going to guess that Rich is an Aquarius and Helen is an Aries.
Haha, guess again 😁👍
February 2024, all cruises of this boat stopped. They went out of business.
We had heard 😢
Thanks for watching 👍
Why do you refer to the Civil War Era as "Dark History"? You English have many parts of yours that you might refer to as Dark, most recently, your treatment of Polish Flyers during WWII. Do you refer to yours that way? ( I am related by marriage to the Duchess of Windsor and my family came to the US from England. We were very much involved in your Royal day to day affairs and my forebearers lived in Castles Arundel and Beauvoir as well.
I’m fully aware we also have a dark history, much like most other countries of the world. Our focus was obviously the US in this vlog, hence the comment was directed at the US without mention
of those not relevant.
The AQV ships were bought last week by American Cruise Line so hopefully they’ll be sailing the Mississippi again soon 🤞
How sad. I was watching this to see if I’d book it
The best guitarrist
Sure is! Thanks for watching. 😊
What the duck?!
😂😂😂
Thanks for watching 😊
Great content tho why did we see so much of you ?
Company has gone out of business. Chapter 11. Feb 2024

Sadly the American Queen has closed down
Yes, sad but true. Let’s hope someone take her on to keep her sailing 🤞
A wonderful vacation and indded, my dream is to tour the Blues Hiway. But i dont agree that Elvis created Rock n Roll. I believe that honor goes to Chuck Berry, but racism demanded a white man to promote and make it acceptable to an audience that included white Americans
