For me: (1) Gears (3:55 - 4:10), I run 4:10s (2) 180 degree Thermostat (3) Underdrive pulleys (4) 130 amp alternator (5) Short shifter (6) Timing to 13 - 16 advanced (free!) (7) Subframe connectors (8) Drag radials (9) Larger mass air sensor (I hate the idea of the 55mm stock version) (10) Good clutch

C clip eliminator kit for the rear, 5 lug conversion / larger axles, if a manual trans, pitch the T-5 for a Tremec trans, strut tower brace & drive it. (As you build your engine/power added setup of course) 😂

@@PaulDaFox Well, ya see I've always been the guy that does things a little different. Resisted the urge all these years to swap the 6.0ls sitting in my garage into the car, I just can't do it. Didn't want to go 351 stroker or big block. Thought a lot about a coyote. So believe it or not(which I didn't when I first heard about it) I found a Boss 302. A real one. I ran all the numbers, it's real. It doesn't really have any collector value though so I got it reasonable. It's 14:1 has a ridiculous solid roller in it. 274/284@.050".....lol .725" lift at the valve on both sides. An Offy tunnel ram. The heads have had an inch and a half milled off the exhaust ports and it has the plates that reduce the port volume to increase velocity. It's a pretty wild peice to say the least. Very unique. I'm trying to find headers for. And I'd like a single plane intake. Both are proving rather difficult to source. And then there's the matter of transmission....my t5z isn't gonna go behind that but it's staying stick. Maybe a Liberty toplaoder or a new TKX. It's gonna be interesting.

Great list of mods, Paul! I could not believe how much better my car handled after full length subs, lowering springs with new shocks and struts and caster / camber plates.

Biggest bang for the buck is 373 gear. Second mod should be On3 turbo kit. Now you have a low 11s car.
That gear isn't a good choice for a turbo car. Taller gears would do better with a turbo.

Subframe connectors and lowering springs are on the list and so is rear gears but with no OD, I dont want my rpm near 4k lol
