Freddy takes durability = Got up immediately after being struck by a explosion which destroyed houses, metals, etc. Durability is how you can recover from an attack, Endurance is how much you can take before dying.
Freddy takes IQ and BIQ = managed to create weapons of his own, haunted people for years in the real and dream world while he managed to hide his weakness for a long time, also while michael was in prison freddy had been killing people, Haunted children for years without people knowing until they eventually did
Freddy takes speed, agility, reflexes = extremely fast compared to michael, [teleporting doesnt count as speed but T. speed] his agility is the same as his speed, reflexes managed to dodged almost every attack from a bloodlusted jason, Michael is only a little faster than Jason as google confirmed Michael's weight = 205 lbs and height = 6'3 tall, FVJ Jason's weight is = 275 and height = 6'5 tall, And bloodlusted Jason went faster than he ever was cause freddy played with his mother and caused Jason to be furious as he obeys and respects his mother

Here is another feat which is really impressive, Freddy's resistance resisted Jason's strength with his machete, and we know Jason's strength > michael's strength and machete > knife so Michael's strength and with his kitchen knife wont do shit to freddy, Freddy claw's > kitchen knife.
Freddy is also smart and does not go in the open like michael does, He uses the things around him to his advantaged like he did with Jason, Michael isn't that smart, he only goes after the person without really thinking, Freddy on the other hand is strategic, He also uses the weak spot to his advantage, he managed to chop down Jason cause he went for his weak spots [his legs], Michael also feels pain as every time he was stab or shot he would grunt silently, A pitchfork [not that deep into his back] made him fall down, So freddy's claws would also bring him down.
And even if Michael gets to stab Freddy it wont do anything as when he got struck by an explosion, got his arm ripped off, got stabbed in the heart, and was still alive, and when lori decapitated his head off, he still survived as when FVJ shows the ending we can see Jason rising up from the water carrying Freddy's decapitated head which Freddy smiled and winked implying that no matter what world it is he is immortal.
HK Michael on the other hand has shown no feats that he is immortal, Being shot a few times in the chest [which probably didn't even reach his heart as it was a light tier pistol], being stabbed a few times, being hit a few times by baseball bats is nowhere as impressive as surviving even when your arm got ripped off, heart stabbed, head decapitated off and still surviving which is what Freddy did.
Michael was stunned by a baseball bat by a normal human, so he would get stunned by a slash to his face by a weapon that resisted a deadite and it's weapon. Michael also hasn't faced anything supernatural than just humans so he wouldn't expect anything of freddy.
Freddy is 5'9 tall and weighs 160 lbs so he is way lighter which would give him the advantage as he can move more quicker. Freddy also legit almost beat Jason but the protagonists interfered which distracted him and gave Jason an easy opportunity to attack.
