I am trying to move back and have submitted applications to the schools and colleges, but I need to find a place. I still own property in Arroyo Seco, NM, and am trying to sell that property. So after searching perhaps I need a rental. I did find a reasonable one for 900.00 a month near the community college, but do you guys have any suggestions? I do own three cats.
Rentals in Santa Fe can be tricky, it’s super competitive so you have to be quick when you see rentals posted. Best bet is to keep an eye on Facebook, there are several rental groups open to the public. Search “Santa fe rentals”. Keep an eye on Zillow.com and Apartments.com for rentals. And then lastly Craigslist (you have to watch out for scams). You can also work with a property management company. Most of them will require a one year lease.
