@rvlove I watched the summit. it was great! We aren't new but we did learn about our hot water heater :) that was helpful. I have a question about how you set up the course using loom
Glad it was helpful! We didn't actually use Loom for our course. We mostly used Zoom and our platform we host it on is Teachable. But... we did use loom to send short instructional videos on how to access the content. loom is super easy to use, and I believe we just use the free version. Hope that helps. -M

Anyone else having trouble accessing the summit? I pre-purchased the life time access. I even have the receipt email but when I try to log in it wants me to purchase it again at a higher price.

I just signed up for the Lifetime pass, ,paid, have copy of receipt and could not get in. The pop up keeps saying I didn't use the captcha; there was not one to see and use. How do I get to watch this or cancel order and start over? Thanks.
