Heck even a remake of this with some things cleaned up and polished and tweaked here and there. Would be great. As well as a prequel and a sequel. I wonder why they never jumped on that.
It would make total sense as the main story is about the dragoons being chosen by the dragon spirits to fulfill their purpose. To reassemble a new group of dragon knights and finish off what the original 7 started. Rose is the only one alive and one of the protagonists of this game so her being the main prot in the prequel would make so much sense! Imagine going back 11000 years in the LoD universe and visiting the wingly cities and battling with the original dragoons! 🥰
@@diegofonseca6708 and it is rose. Rose is the protagonist. Doesn't mean that dart is just cuz he's the hero. The story is about Rose and her "sad journey" as quoted by Shirley. Dart is just a guy saving his girl and doing the hero stuff.

One of the hardest challenges is using Albert and Kongol. Lol. Physical damage is top tier. But good lord. No healing and little utility. And Kongol just gets absolutely wrecked by any magical attacks.
Albert cannot handle Magic Attacks at all! I've noticed that in both playthroughs I've done. He takes some serious damage. I never used Kongol but I can imagine it's worse than Al.
I used Albert and Rose too on my first playthrough. I almost lost to his final form because I didn't know he had Dragoon Block. I panicked because all of them were in their Dragoon Form. And it got worse when Dart got taken over by that damn Shadow Monster. But some miracles, we were able to survive the onslaught with a small amount of HP left once they've reverted back from their Dragoon Forms.
I think I was over-prepared. Took Albert and Kongol. I never healed once in the fight. Everyone had legend armor, legend casque, ultimate wargod and max final addition. I was doing more damage in normal mode rather than in dragoon form except for Dart's divine magic. What a long fight... Got my platinum trophy.
KONGOL has abysmally MAG DEF how on earth did he not get obliterated by this WINGLY Who uses magic attacks 80% if the time. All that HP would drop so fast and he’s so slow dude. Has good strength but his dragoon spirit is TRASH I mean dragoon magic is MAGIC and we all know he can’t use magic at all
I feel like there was supposed to be a lot of deep symbology in this fight, but nothing is really explained, so his forms are just... I mean I love how bizarre it is though. Really freaky designs!
Lol yeah I think the same. They left a lot of unanswered questions in this game. Didn’t bother explaining certain things. Like I feel they meant to explain but probably ran out of time on their project. And they probably meant to answer other questions on a prequel perhaps. Before making a sequel.
1st generation: is meant to represent The book of genesis in the Bible, it’s supposed to be the first day of when creation set with God saying let there be light. 2nd & 3rd generation: is when the energy from the world begins to make Soa landscape, the divine tree, and life itself. We then see the storm produce water which is the key essential to life and sustainability. The mountains move and form to make landscapes for all living things to have purpose in living on earth. 4th generation: (no living thing has been here yet, this is Gods fourth day of creation) This depicts the formation of stars and galaxies, as the world is fully formed, without life. The fourth day of Genesis once again sums up the generation quite well: "Let there be luminaries in the expanse of the heavens, to distinguish between the day and the night."…. Notice this is the battle where frahma takes after a space ship like thing, where he has orbital stars and rotating spheres around him that can control the Night and Day, which plays a role in the boss fight 5th generation: the Divine Tree finally sprouts in this generation as the land becomes inhabited by flora and fauna, replete with life. Soa's plan starts to move fleetingly as more species start to thrive on the lush world. Per Genesis, day 5 depicts it as this "And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl [that] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven." Sixth generation: shows events that take place as mankind inhabits the world, through photos of camaraderie, innovation, overcoming species of old (dragons), sorrow and death. This depicts the growth, the thriving and their end as the Virage Embryo is soon born. The sixth day is described by Genesis as being the day mankind was created: "And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so." Seventh generation: The finishing of Soa's creation and plan, after which Soa finally went to rest, along with the rest of life. The environment shows a dark barren world ravaged by apparent destruction. All that remains of life now are their bones and skeletons piled up in mountains, making up the very ground itself. The once nourishing bodies of water forever replaced by oceans of blood and lava. It can be assumed that this what the world was destined to become had Soa's plan gone through without interruption, allowing the 108th species to be born. It’s basically the Bible lol
My biggest gripe is the water dragoon of the war is a teenager. She didn't trust anyone but rose and she is half mermaid. She is also opposite of meru. While Meru was more extroverted, but it was to hide who she was. The original water dragoon was an introvert and was also ashamed of who she was. So there is a race of mermaids in this world but we never met them to understand her. The older dragoons should of had a sequel game but we never got it. Also technically rose killed darts mom and people he lived and they kinda just glossed over it
@@BountyRogueCinemax It's been 11,000 years since the dragon campaign. The mermaids could be extinct for all we know.
