I'd have to agree. Even from a civilian stand point--you don't wear your uniform/company attire while performing sexual acts. Then posting them on the Internet is the quickest way to immortalize yourself as [fill in the blank]. Once on the Internet, it never gets deleted.

Leaders being held accountable in the military challenege (IMPOSSIBLE). A wise supervisor once told me: The bad service members become our leaders when the good service members get fed up with it and leave before they can make a difference. I've seen what lack of accountability does to a crew, it is horrendous.

I’m a prior Marine and now in the Navy and current paygrade is Master Chief. My biz supports military and vets, but never do anything in my uniform. The services are odd today, with everyone attempting to be something we are not.
It's GONNA cost us a copious amount of LITERAL lives when we get stuck in on ww3. We just had to ground our pilots for over a week while we "examined" why there were so many crashes and abandoned planes lately. Big surprise, they found that they weren't to blame. We all know why it is REALLY happening. They're not taking the best and brightest anymore, they're checking boxes and annotating their diversity quotas.
Well at what point do we admit this is what the military is?

Iirc 1020.7 explicit states that marines cannot hold a second job without command approval. But this is 3MEF. there's probably general orders that forbid it the same way

The issue is this never goes away. When we grew up, we did things that we are glad that it has been forgotten. Kids now have their entire lives documented in perpetuity. That said, a Gunny has a level of reverence that should preclude her acting like this.

My grand pappy was an 18 year old squad leader in the battle of the bulge. My dad was an airborne staff sgt. They would have been sick seeing what is going on in our military. I'm glad they left this clown world before ever seeing behavior like this.

A lot of Service Members were Administratively Separated in 2020 because they refused the Jab and now after that order was ruled illegal and recruiting can’t replace the soldiers they lost they decided to send out letters to the soldiers that were given the boot asking them to file for a review of their Service Jacket so they can get their Other Than Honorable Discharge changed to an Honorable Discharge and then they can Reenlist and collect a big fat Signing Bonus. However that scheme has only resulted in most of those wrongfully discharged filing for a review so their discharge will be changed to Honorable Discharge and only a couple dozen chose to reenlist out of the thousands
They did them a favor by letting them go to escape what it has become now.
And now we have the Courage To Serve crap going on with illegal immigrants getting slots to go. Absolutely shameless. I'd be for it if these were vetted immigrants that have taken the Citizenship test, paid their dues, and are waiting their time.
They could get 4-6 years knocked off their wait time if they serve 4-6 years in critically manned roles. Those that earn American Citizenship seem to make the best citizens as it is.
