Yet another problem with my Vauxhall Tigra!
MIL light on - diagnostics shows O2 sensor fault. How do you change it?
This video shows you how to resolve this problem by fitting a new sensor.
It isn’ too difficult with the right tool, and the sensor was only £20.
The required tool was only £6.
I must state again something I mention in the video. This is that you can buy cheaper O2 sensors, but if you do, make sure they’re not generic ones,
as they generally do not have connectors on the end of the wiring.
This is an important thing to take into consideration as it means you would have to remove the connector from the old one and join it to the new cable.
This isn’t ideal, and in my view not worth it for the small cost difference .

You must have git tired of hearing this. I have got a new drive shaft from the states plus a new filler neck and cap, and some wiring. Just need to pull my finger out and get it sorted!
