I tried the Wilde buffalo chicken chips. Very good. However, for a small individual package it is 10g of carbs. No bueno.
I really miss ketchup, and I find that salsa makes a great substitute. Mild to hot, very low carb, and doesn’t seem to be any additives

Thanks! Keep in mind if you are not making the sauce/dressing, you are eating seed oils, hfcs, fillers, etc. Better to make it from scratch so you can control the ingredients. LCL has lots of recipes for her sauces in previous videos.
Thanks for the tips! I think it's also important to remember that EACH Costco is regional and therefore not ALL have the same items! While I recently saw many of the same things you've highlighted at my local warehouse, some of these have NEVER been available and may not be! (Sometimes I can find them online via their delivery service, but not always!) Also, read the labels! Because even though an item may SAY it's "0 net carbs" SOME items still have trace amounts of sugar in the ingredients! (e.g.: those pork rinds!). This may not be a problem for many of your viewers, but is for some of us! So, always check the labels in any store! Marketing is to SELL products, and our individual body's needs vary! ;-) Thanks again!

My guess is that most of those sauces and salsas have sugar in them. Possibly some of the prepackaged meats as well. And where do you get gluten free, low carb chips?

Maybe she’s just traditional low carb vs keto. Some people say low carb is around 50g per day. I aim for under 20 personally but I’m still on the weight loss journey.
Keep in mind sparkling water is great, but the ascorbic acid eats your enamel on your teeth and creates cavities. It sucks because that carbonation is the best. I drink 1 8oz cup of POM juice daily for my heart. I mix it with a 12oz lemon sparkling can and 12oz lime sparkling can, for 32oz drink. . It is my hope the POM makes the acid less harsh on my teeth.

We have a brand new Costco opening in less than one week. We’ve never been in one of their stores. Is it worth joint for $60/year ?
Personally, yes, the membership price is worth it. We have a Sam's Club about 20 minutes from home, while Costco is about a 45 minute drive. We get a few things at Sam's, but make regular trips to Costco - we like the selection better (the produce quality in particular is consistently better).
Yes it is and the more expensive membership that gives 2% back at the end of a year is even better. At the end of the year period when we get the check we use it towards are new membership and pay much less than $60.

Check the carbs on the noodles. Its very frustrating with the claims of low carbs and when you check, the carbs are way up there.

I think 3/4 cup of strawberry is 6 or7 carbs. I don’t think strawberries have much sugar if they are fresh or frozen

I’ve been kept for 7 months and will occasionally have strawberries. I just fit them in my macros especially with homemade whipped cream

I ordered some before and if you are going to be outside in this heat or are sweating A lot, it does help. Not something you want to continually drink because of the amount of sodium. It helped with my leg cramps
