Nalanda was the union of the best of knowledge and educators for a long time in its era. Now that we have taken a step to regain the place as the education hub of India, we need to make sure this goal is achieved.
Nalanda was established by a Bramhan king Kumargupt pratham who was from Gupta dynasty. It was a ancient site of Bramhanical learning. According to buddhist scriptures Nalanda was dominate by Bramhan scholars.
There is also no source about nalanda who says it's Buddhist University. And if you want authentic source that it was established by a Bramhan king then you should study about Gupta dynasty of Magadh. They were Bramhan and worshipper of Lord Vishnu. Buddhist were also allowed to study in this university because Buddhism has been founded in Magadh and Bramhan consider Lordh Budhha as ninth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Today the fake Buddhist who is actually lower cast and hates Bramhan wants to change the history.
