Joe, is it true that if you’re on a supplement plan, you don’t need any riders? Further, riders are not even an option with supplement plans? Assume we’re talking about Plan G.
@generic_official the hospital rider is not needed, but for all Med Supp clients that have Part D we do recommend a cancer rider. See here for why: ua-cam.com/video/m-WmEiIbFg8/v-deo.htmlsi=wucd9W9qHiNPnhNh
I’m a agent in Minnesota could you tell me the company that you use for the cancer policy. I just turned 65 and am a two time cancer survivor. So as a agent I would like to take care of my clients. Second question would it better to just put them on a supplement.
This is true. Some folks can't afford Original Medicare with a Supplement or feel the the Medicare Advantage plan can work well for them. We provide an unbiased standpoint on that. This video is for folks that have Medicare Advantage and why the riders are important to carry if they can afford them.

Hospitals are starting to drop Medicare advantage for very good reasons. If it sounds too good to be true it isn't a good idea to join up.
