It’s not rap stans that makes these songs hits. It’s casual rap listeners and the general public. Ye the goat
616 in LA is so fire. You can’t get props to Drake for taking Kendrick’s heart series when Kendrick took his time and location series first. Also everything Kendrick said would happen in 616 in LA happened. He called the whole beef in euphoria. Drake would make up some stuff based off of Kendrick last album that wouldn’t be true and he ended it with “if you take it there, I’m taking it further”
Bro. Shhhhhhhhh
6:16 had too many empty bars and beat was a super lazy sample flip. Within to context when it was dropped, it’s just “ok” at best. But even the most hardcore K Dot fan would have to admit it was not a stand out moment of the battle. 🙏🏾
DO MORE VICTORY TALK FOR US and fuck other People. Be a Real Man. Love you.
Are they still beefing? Or it’s over? I wasn’t really keeping up
Basically done, drake got cooked
Kendrick smoked his boots
Kendrick won but Drake put up a good fight. we got bars from both sides … Greatest hip hop beef of all time
I'm a Drake and Kendrick fan, Kendrick definitely won. I agree with 98% of this analysis tho. 💯
Cap
The truth is f em both. These people won't lead us to sucess but people like brandon will love ya bro go hard mate love from Aus
💪💪💪
These silly rap things are still going on, the Tribe that runs music still being getting money of pet black men.
Brandon, what did you think of Kanye’s like that remix
You a Drake Stan my guy 😂😂 Kendrick swept!!
never thought I'd see my boi brandon talk bout this 😂😂😂😅
i wasnt even born when ether dropped lmfao
DRAKE GONNA COME OUTTA NOWHERE AND COOKKKK!
He really don’t miss 🗣️
Everyone talking down on j. Cole for apologizing but I bet you that goofs going to end up hugging it out by the end of this beef. J Cole already won
Kendrick don’t like drake
there were no rounds in my opinion...
Thanks for sharing this! 👍
Yuno miles solos
This is old Carter fr
NOT YOU TOO BRUH😭
Brandon be FR,
YOU'RE SAYING FAMILY MATTERS WAS A BETTER DISS TRACK THAN MEET TTGE GRAHAM'S??
After giving creativity points to Taylor made???
Cmon man
It was lol
Family matters is insane that’s not a crazy take. I prefer Meet the Grahams but not mad at that pick tbh. I would give every other round to Dot for sure tho as a fan of both
I would have said that you could grand was better if it wasn’t a whole verse about an imaginary daughter.
People sleep on “Taylor Made”, but really go back and listen to the bars. It’s snoop best ever in 10 years. lol
@@HighLifeWorkout my only push back to that is Drake could be lying about Kendrick’s kid being Dave Free’s and him being a woman beater. I just assume everything is a lie lmaooo
@@bobmannion4548 the differences that Drake said it “might be Dave Free’s”. Kenny legit had a conversation with a person who doesn’t exist.
I agree that this rap battle isn't about who's the better rapper, because if we're being objective, Drake had better bars but the "culture" has (already) given the W to Kendrick. In fact, Drake lost this battle before it even started because it seems he has more haters than Kendrick has fans.
100%. People picked a winner before it really even started
That’s cap lol. Drake didn’t rap better than Kendrick in any way shape or form
@@bobmannion4548 verse 2 of of “Family Matters” bro.
Kendrick’s music is like caviar. It’s definitely super high quality.
However, People like to say they like it, but no one likes it as much as they say they do. It sounds cool to say you like caviar because it makes you sound cultured and sophisticated.
Caviars definitely high-quality, but no one really likes it that much.
The truth is, I never hear K.Dot music anywhere I go. not in the nightclubs restaurants, basketball, games or even the radio. Even when I’m in LA, they’re not playing this music unless an album just came out.
Everyone says they like his music a lot, but I almost never hear people listening to it. Just like caviar. People say they love it but people never order it.
Drake‘s music is like nationwide chain steakhouse. It’s not cool to say you like it. But when you win that motherfucker, you know your gonna enjoy the food
@@HighLifeWorkoutdrakes hardest bars weren’t even at Kendrick tho unfortunately
Imagine being so mad at someone that you write poetry about them
that’s the game, they getting paid mad bread for it
Very reductive of our culture
I'm sorry brother, but if you think 6.16 was wack then you don't know Hiphop battles. I'm from the Six and I've never heard a Kendrick album so I'm not a Kdot stan. 6.16 was the setup for Meet the Grahams. A week later 6.16 all makes sense. Hurts me to say it but Kendrick won this battle.
I probably know hip-hop battles more than anyone on the Internet. I got my record deal with Sony Reekers because I used to go up and down the East Coast battling at every “ 8 miles style” freestyle, rap battle on the East Coast. (I got dropped winning merge with BMG.)
616 was just a boring ass song over a beat that sounds like it should have been in backpack rap album from 30 years ago.
Kenny is an great rapper and he won the battle, but that song is trash
Wow the two "biggest" rappers in the world have been having a chick fight. Somehow I haven't cared one bit and couldn't even begin to tell you what they slap fighting about. I have more productive things to do.
Good for you pal 👍
Yet you watched a video on them. Contrarian ass lame 😎
Comeback season is dope! Damn....you a real fan like me 😂
Euphoria was better than push ups by far
I commented on Mike Rashids poll and said someone should make a video from this perspective and a guy in the comments told me it was no art of war involved lol
