Too many b*tch folk worry about over training and resting enough... but increasing insulin sensitivity before a high protein meal is definitely key, wish more people would talk about this! I personally love my 1-2 hour long workouts so Ill train the first 1/3 for strength, second 1/3 for power and then the last 1/3 for endurance so I'm able to train max intensity in multiple ways, mushrooms help with keeping that CNS fatigue away in my experience ;) ... and then before any meal I'll max out some sort of bodyweight exercises relative to the workout for an active recovery (push/pull /leg) -(pushups, pullups, squats, BW shoulder press) for example to get the blood flowing to the right spot and increase the insulin sensitivity! Thats of course if im not doing something fun between meals like mtn biking, skkiing or trail running... i dont worry about over training, I just make sure to earn every meal or snack I eat right before i eat it as if I had to hunt or gather it in the wild to increase recovery. I feel like this is a simular strategy to you but a slightly different approach that def works!

My workouts are actually pushing 3 hours because I ain’t got that luxury to split my work out and I’m trying to fight. So it’s a mental thing to push through. Do my calisthenics and lifts then I do about 24rounds. I cut my rounds down to 16 to do more cardio after. I fast 23 hours and eat 1 hour and that maximizes efficiency of calories in calories out.

I'm to the point where I've done 36 hour fast at least 2 times. I started January 15. I'm to the point where I started feeling what exact nutrients I need. I weight train everyday and do bjj or box 5x a week. Thanks for the tips with calorie tracker I'm curious as to how it tracks the cals u burn but I'll try one out b/c I'll do anything at this point to get my body right.

Do keto, keep your body in ketosis and you’ll burn specifically fat instead of glucose. You’ll end up probably around 170-190 even without exercise from just having your body use fat for fuel instead of glucose (sugar/carbs)

This is what I do instead of working out 3 times a day: I rest for 10 minutes after a 25 minute set. I do three 25 minute sets. I do this 3-4 days a week at the gym.
