Also their English is good because Woosung was born in EEUU and Dojoon (the guy who started the song) is fluent in English so yes their English is so good and coherent hahahaha
Obviously I'm biased but I love how surprised you are. I love The Rose. The reason they can sing English so well is because the two lead singers speak English. Dojoon, who sings the majority of this song, was born in Korea but lived in New Zealand for five years. Woosung, who sang the second verse and outro, is Korean-American and was born in Los Angeles. This song is all English but they have songs that are a mix of English and Korean which are also excellent. Can't wait for you to react to more.

I absolutely love The Rose, been listening to them since they first released Sorry. My favorite by them is Childhood. The lyrics are beautiful, and the music and vocals are absolutely heavenly. AgustD/Suga of BTS actually has a solo song with Woosung of The Rose called Snooze which may be more to your taste than some of AgustDs solo work you have heard. Gorgeous piano, gentle rap and Woosungs heavenly voice for the chorus. The lyrics are so comforting and empathetic, while they were originally intended to comfort struggling artists, I find them really comforting though my dreams are not even remotely artistic. You might also enjoy Hyukoh. The song Tomboy is my favorite, again, relatable lyrics, indi rock thats a bit grungier than The Rose, and Oh Hyuks vocals are fantastic, he has a really gravelly, raspy voice, but also beautiful upper register. It adds so much texture to the music.
