    I make all my beaded bracelets on stretch plastic, 0.7mm. Use wire only occasionally. Stretch jewelry is far easier for us who have arthritis. Takes 2 seconds to put them on.

    I love your ring. Did you make it? How do you clue the stone to the ring? Please do a video on how did you make the jewelry pieces that you wore on all your videos? Thank you!

    I end up getting really confused on the wire issue. When and why to use them. But think I also get the beading wire confused with the wire like you were talking about here.

    Would you need separate materials if the jewelry you want to make would involve more wire-wrapping than beading?

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  2 роки тому

      The answer is no. Most of the tools featured in this video can be used for wire wrapping projects. Just remember the lower the gauge the thicker the wire (and easier to bend), so for small hole beads, you need to use something like a 24ga. For larger hole beads, you can go up (or down - it so confusing🤔) to a 22, 20 or 18ga. Good luck and hope this helps! Also, check out this video - all about wire! ua-cam.com/video/tAZFeAQ8iIE/v-deo.html

      Hi Gabriela! These are not going to be the exact head pins used in the video, but should work for any of your jewelry making needs. If you're concerned, There is a great video about how to make your own! The links are below.

    If you convert the gauge to MM it counts up. I don't fully understand the logic of it either, but I'm sure there is a reason why they did it like that; maby

      @JewelSchool  2 роки тому

      We actually can't add any links to other purchasing sites because we often sell these products ourselves. However, you can search for the supplies there yourself! Here is a link to our purchasing website: www.jtv.com/jewelry-making/_/N-375228644?mcid=XSOjsyt - some of our older videos like this one may not have these product available anymore, but you can find similar products on our Jewel School site. Thank you!
