- Changing my headlights bulbs on benelli trk502. I tried the LED lights they look good in the daylight but at night the LED headlights are useless very poor and don’t give much light on the road.

Thanks for the information I was going to go down the same route to replace the low beam buld which blew after 5500 miles. Thought it was going to be like changing bulbs on a Renault ... firts start at the exhaust 🙂

Hi MBZ the blinkers are LED lights so you shouldn’t have to change them. What’s the problem you are having. 😎🤘🇬🇧
@@BenelliTomTRK A car backed up and hit my parked motorcycle. The blinker was completely broken.
Is it an easy process, how do I disconnect the wires and replace it with a new blinker? Which bolts do I have to loosen? I have little knowledge on bikes, sorry
Take the back seat off look inside the fairing and you’ll see the bolt that holds the indicating disconnect and click the wire. Make sure you leave enough room in the wiring to reconnect new indicator. I’ve done a video on how to connect wires. Hope this helps

Hi Steve yes you could use Philips H7 150 % brighter bulbs
how much brighter is the bulb compared to your previous one? Im looking for something brighter for my benilli trk 502x....

Hi Tom. I'm changing headlight bulb on Trk X I have the rubber cover off but can't tell if I just pull bulb holder straight out or if I need to remove a clip or anything. Can you help please.
Hi Ken yes maté theirs a clip that holds the bulb in. Push the left side of clip down and while it is down it move over to the left. I do show you how to do this in the full video. Best of luck with it Ken. Tom 🤘😎🇬🇧
@@BenelliTomTRK Thanks for that mate. I replaced both bulbs using same as you, except I went for 200% increase on main beam. (Only one available at. Halfords.) I've just done 7weeks around Spain n' France following Tour de France also. Only problem was blown bulb. I had to take dash and frame off to get at bulb as I have very big hands. Do even with ignition plat removed still not enough room for me. Cheers.

Are the lights sockets or mount adjustable, like a car?
Not that we can see it looks like it non Adjustable Warren

If you mean the height of the headlight beam is adjustable, yes it is. it's in the manual 3-14.

Any Issues on the MOT? I was told its a fail if you replace a standard bulb with LED or HID.
Yes so I put super bright H7 bulbs in I didn’t use led in the end.
Glad to hear that you sorted the poor lightning issue, but personally I think it's a bloody shame on a five thousand pound bike that they can't get decent headlights 🤷🏻♂️
