One thing I really hate about the Soviet Union is that they deleted any footage involving sick or ill leaders. Fortunately, we have finally found a complete and high-quality version of the Soviet national anthem at the October 1982 military parade. September 19, 2023 5:12PM
Well it’s because the West does anything to make Socialist leaders or anything that they don’t like out as bad or anyway to shit on something they don’t like. We notice this with Western coverage of Putin and how they will try to find any sort of twitch in the fingers etc and make thousands of headlines about how Putin is gunna pass away soon or some BS to try and put a smile on a Ukrainians face which is ridiculous. The West is just childish honestly and well it works most Westerners eat it all up. We are all gunna die one day and we all get illnesses it’s just apart of life. And myself being from the West I understand why this exists and it’s because the West is insanely obsessed with failure, disaster, weakness and setback. Our comedy revolves around this actually…Notice how comedy from the US is focused more slip ups, fails, falls, embarrassment, cringe, drunk people, old people, crippled people, mentally challenged etc. I’m actually very happy the USSR did this because of what I don’t like about the West. You are forced to see and hear the USSR…and forced to see things you don’t like just like we all are.
When there's no actual full footage parade of Brezhnev... He died 3 days later. When there's no full footage parade of Andropov parade he died a few months later.
Comrade Afdel Is the original,i Need to spam the links here too. arhiiv.err.ee/ The original site and this "aasta oktoobriparaad" is what you have to write to found it. P.S. Everyone to subcribe to Comrade Afdel.
He did a lot of great work. Not perfect by Socialist standards but there was a reason they kept him in power for as long as they did. Socialist critiques of old Soviet leaders are very constructive and frankly stronger than stupid Western ones.
It's still going, maybe someday we'll find the full broadcasts of the 1982 and 1983 parades. I will bet you however they will come from foreign sources, as all my Russian sources tell me those recordings are gone.
@@RedSamurai84I guarantee you there are still actual full video sources/archives of the 1982 soviet October revolution parade. Going to russia yourself and get in touch with the people who has the source itself is a final solution
You can't argue about Putin's decision to appropriate the Soviet national anthem. It is a catchy tune. Unfortunately, it was a prelude to restoring the Soviet Union as an empire, whether the victims like it or not.

Andropov was absent in the 1983 parade, though.

Thank you Red for this rare version!
Now, that's the true Soviet Union!
Wonder how the public felt after celebrating a revolution day and then few days later, mourn the death of their leader?

Very beautiful ❤
Finally. Footage of that is hard to find.
Nice anthem and background !

Love this!
The 1982 anthem is similar to that of 1979
Вообще не похож

Where you found the audio? this rare because this parade start at 3 days before breznhev died
It's taken from an old radio broadcast of the 1982 parade.
Oooh
Sounds 1987 version mixed with 1984 version
I’d say 1984 and 1981

Is this the original audio?
Yes, straight from the parade, but sadly I do not have the video, audio only. You have no idea how hard it is to find anything from the 1982 parade.

これは革命65周年パレードかな?
Yes,It Is.
