One thing that would be helpful to hard of hearing and other languages is to show sizes in writing for these pieces in a list.

I pressed 2-patch units towards the darker print; then towards any rectangles, and then pressed towards the triangle once it was added.

I only have instructions for the block size in the video. Sorry about that.

I would draw it out on graph paper - finished size- then cut it apart and add seam allowances around each piece. I have done that with other blocks. Then make one block and check that it works right.
