Laurent Landi is the current coach to US Gymnastics sensation Simone Biles, and former coach to Olympic Gold Medalist Madison Kocian. In this interview, Laurent shares the philosophies and mindset that has led to become one of the world's highest performing coaches.

Nick has consulted and provided advice and services to 20 international gymnastics federations, including the National Governing Bodies and National Teams of Japan, Germany, Brazil, France, Romania and Netherlands. He has also lectured and provided technical support and education services to the European Union of Gymnastics for almost a decade.
Now recognised as a world leading coach educator within the international gymnastics community, Nick has educated tens of thousands of coaches worldwide, with hundreds attending his annual education conferences and workshops alongside an ever-growing community of followers of his online educational material and private coaching programmes.

Great Interview!!! He seems to take a much more teaching approach than many of the former soviet coaches.
Love Simone and obviously he has done a lot to improve her gymnastics as an adult. But would have loved to hear more about his "homegrown" girls Madison, Alyssa and even Briley and Sophia and what his approach was to get them to that elite level when it wasn't a foregone conclusion like it is with Simone. Or how he dealt with some athletes not quite making heir goals.
