Hi Tracy, you can stop the fabric from sticking by making sure your Perspex table is clean and dry. If your fabric is prone to sticking you could look at using a product called a Supreme Slider to help your fabric glide under your presser foot.

Lengthy video, too hard to see the thread and a bit unrealistic to have a vase of flowers on a quilt table! With that said, I did pick up a few tips.
