Great video. With horses, if they are particularly nervous, I've even got out of the velomobile. At that point they seem to see it as a little car with a person standing next to it.
Well Done Sir. Enjoyed every minute and thanks for the english you presented. We from different parts of the world might like to know the area your video came from, beautiful.
It's the area east of Düsseldorf and Cologne and south of the highly urbanized Ruhrgebiet (former coal mining area), the Bergisches Land (or `Berg Country´ you might say), a beautiful hilly countryside in Germany. My hometown is Wuppertal, the town with the suspension railway "Schwebebahn" at the nothern border of the Bergisches Land and 25 km east of Düsseldorf.
Thank you for this wonderfull video! i also wanted to make a video like this but i know for sure i cant explain it as good as you did. so when i am making the video i will be posting a link to this video :) And with the horses that are coming my way i always stop and let them pass me so the horse nows i am a nice cyclist. but with police horses its different because they dont clean the bicycle path after they poop. and ''normal'' people have to do that. and some dogs just love the velomobile and if they find out that somebody is inside they love it even more :)
What an extremely insightful video! Well explained and illustrated. And even a lot of fun to watch too!
