Wow! I have exactly the same set up as you! same camera, lens and finder 0w0 and I used to have a sticker on the top plate as well, now I primarily shoot 16mm on this camera
What a coincidence that, yesterday I received my MDa which I was chasing for a long time on internet and today I came across your nice review. My copy was produced in 1973, I checked the bottom plate and bottom paint of body. It seems it isn't heavily used, but unfortunately on shutter speeds slower than 1/4th curtain commenly stucks.
I got mine last week and had a similar problem. My shop said it's just the oil has dried up on the slow gear and so it's covered under warranty and should be a quick repair.
Leica M6J also had the same combo of quick load & rewind mechanisms with metal advance lever 🤘 nice channel!

Cool video - I recently got one of these just to play around with. It is indeed lighter than my M6.
Just got an MDa last week, really appreciate the video
今天發現一部有M2風格盲拍機leica md,個人覺得比MDa漂亮,喜歡外置計數器,迴片鈕像M3,雖然已有leica MDa,豪不猶豫的購入,所有leica機就M2風格的外表最漂亮😄

Great video!
The average price for these now is 800 plus
Nice video
Always found it strange they included strap lugs in the build. LOL
The MDa utilised the M4 body
Wow
