You need any low education and high education so normal school could but I recommend elementary because of more space
Tbh that should've been the first thing I built when I first started my city and then the houses so everything would already be prepared and the people won't leave

I just started playing this game and i manually built many TTT houses but the population isn't happy because it says that they need "health" i also built several hospitals but it didn't change anything for some reason....
Requirements for TTT houses, service: fire, police, Heath, education low and high, park and sport

Service buildings have range which means that having a highschool in the countryside won't do jack shit, so try keeping things in the green area

I have a question; I already put all the facilities near the residence and it covers a wide area of the residence. But still their lowest happiness is Education or Religion. Meanwhile the house I pointed is exactly stands beside the Highschool or Church itself. And people keep leaving my town. What should I do?
Are they connected by roads, and do the pipes from water towers go along-underground said roads.

I made another town and it got to middle in sandbox mode just don't know how to get taxes I haven't watched the whole video yet so that is why I think it is rich already I got sport park and plugins like gtf ok it is rich now... it is low it got upgrades but still it is not middle or rich

Police fire and health are service building you must put them in order to prevent fire, crime, and illness. Education sport and park are optional, if you put them your resident will be richer and increase happiness in your city

First you must have a rich inhabitants in your city and then the commercial and industrial will upgrade it self into rich industry and place a park

Look the demand in the left like green, blue, yellow bar graph menu, when the residential demand is low the building will not be built and when the demand high they will build their houses
