there are actually 3 hidden 1-up blocks near the wonder flower, however you will have to do a lot of tedious back tracking after obtaining the wonder seed. they can be found on top of the skinny horizontal pipe platform you see after the wonder effect begins
easily the only bad level in the game because the damn rocks are unpredictable. waiting only helps so much when the things both bounce and have a habit of coming like two or three times from the same direction so you cant ever be sure its safe
