Just wanted to say the Passion United Draft tournament was the most fun i've had on Halo Infinite EVER. Great people involved, everyone was kind and hyping eachother up. Being on Mattie's team was an awesome experience, fully on brand with the Org. Also got paid like less then an hour after the event. I wish all tournaments were run the way PD runs his. I still need to go watch the vod and see how the stream went but after 8+ hrs of halo that day I haven't had time yet, but every time I tuned in between matches they were always complimenting the players and that is a great feeling. I've been apart of other tournaments and leagues and there are times where they are just criticizing/ critiquing (when unwarranted) and none of that was here. Shoutout PU, shoutout PD, can't wait for the next one.
@LaSinity excited to hear the cast/stream, I have a plane ride next Monday and will probably watch most of it then so I can hear you and all the other casters points of view throughout the matches :) thank you!

Thank you for always leaving notes from the show in the descriptions, I had to tune in after seeing TopShelfCeli crash out on Twitter 😂 I was very critical about Halo HQ and UCH, joined the discord server asked a few questions to no answers and it was quickly made clear that they approached this all as if it was for Halo clans in a tribal alliance.
Legend said the fix for his issue was in made in steam which you could argue isn't a player hardware issue. Spartans issue was really straightforward, a simple disconnect with a simple fix. With Legend it wasn't clear what the cause was in the moment and switching controllers likely would not have fixed the issue in game. If anything, whatever the fix was for Legend should be implemented across all player PCs as a required setting.
Liam, you bring up a great point and is exactly why we put emphasis on the two outlined rules within the rule book, the second one stating “If a Game malfunction occurs and the cause can’t immediately be identified, a Tournament Official may call for the Game to be ended in order to investigate further." Which, if what Lqgend is saying is true, then that argument could absolutely be made. And we agree completely, the fix should be implemented for everyone to hopefully mitigate this issue from ever happening again. Thank you so much for continuing this discussion!
Toxic fans. That's really unfortunate. I legit thought optic had this. It's weird for me to be fan of a team is rare cause I usually fan of players. Formal, trippy, lucid, and apg I've been following them since they started. Used to be a cloud 9 fan with Deadzone, eco, stellar, and bound now a SSG fan. Hunged out with optic fans in last years worlds and slc and some faze fans and had great conversations about past experiences. Don't let a few bad apples and base the whole fan base on them. Halo has one of greatest communities and gonna speak out for the good that there is and point out the shit bags ruining experiences for others.
