Great honesty in the reporting -- while it may be amusing (in retrospect) it's necessary to let people know what may come their way if they try it. Being armed with enough TP isn't even the answer! Also, kudos to you for trying a second time in order to determine what exactly was the causitive agent. You are one gutsy woman! I'm glad you suffered no lasting effects, internally or otherwise.
Myself, I've never had a problem with the issue, and wondered what an Epsom salt flush was, not realizing that it was literal! :D

I'm glad to hear that you appreciated my honesty 😊 I found it to be a problem how most videos reflected the topic with no mentions about the possible dangers. Thanks! Have a great day! 🤗

Very thorough! I appreciate your clarification and experience. I use the epsom salt flush occasionally as I dislike the taste and full feeling left with afterwards. I do enjoy the cleansing portion and tend to do these flushes on a weekend when I am without kids and no activities to give my bowels and bowl undivided attention.

Thank you for this educational video. I just tried the epsom salt flush yesterday and I've been having liquid stools passing for several hours so I thought something was wrong. But thanks to this video I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it eases up. The burning sensation is definitely real. I end up rinsing myself after and use Vaseline for the pain. The dosage I used for reference was two tablespoonsmagnesium sulfate to an 8oz glass of water.

I used to do an epsom salt flush as part of a gull-stone elimination. It works.

Well, thank you for sharing your experience! I think your experience is to do with the dosage! 1 liter of water with only 1 spoon of Epsom salt! That is too much water with too little Epsom salt. The dosage should be 20 g with 200 ml of water.

I gave myself an enema with a couple of table spoons of Epsom salts and to my amazement, I started coughing up old phlegm in my lungs from smoking weed, black mucus that had been there for over a month since I stopped smoking. If that isn't a benefit, I don't know what is. Also, when I used to get botox injections, like an idiot but I did, I'd get horrible bruising. I noticed if I drank Epsom salts before the injections, I did not bruise at all. So in case anyone cares, it is amazing stuff. Forget your doctor, they will tell you not to use it and try to prescribe you pills instead. Run from your doctor, if you ask me.

Very Very informative. Consumed 40 grams grams of epsom in one day for my third liver flush. And my intestines feel very sore and getting badly constipated. Not going to do liver flush in future also. M

Yesterday I had done about 1 tablespoon, 1/4 cup of water. On an empty stomach. My stomach kept rumbling but i only went once, not a good go. So i wanted to do another one today but just to increase the amount. I also wasnt drinking much water so ill drink a lot. Even now my stomach is rumbling but i dont have a urge to go, just pas gas. Ill also do some work outs, and change my diet.

Update: the drink isn't for me. After I attempted it again, not much progress. Also I read about the side effects of taking in too much Epsom, so I decided not to experiment anymore. But drinking tea that helps you go, is one way that worked for me. Talking to a doctor is always best, because everyone's body is different.

I tried this today for the first time and the taste was awful but not so bad I felt sick or anything. It took effect rather quickly and i had several eliminations within about 2 hours. I have no burning like you experienced yet. Maybe it depends on what you are eating prior. I have been ok for the past couple hours so i hope i don't get round 2 tonight! I took about 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt with water on a fairly empty stomach. It definitely helps to have a toilet nearby!

No... if you struggle with constipation, go to a chiropractor because it's probably an SI joint issue who affects the elevator ani muscle.

@@kayakMike1000 it's not as easy as that. I do sport, walking running and still go only 3 to 4 times per week. And it's not only about SI nerve like I said finally. It's about stress, anxiety in the most cases.
