I have the wand and looked up close at the marks. They're not from human teeth, they're clearly scratches made from claws or maybe one spot that looks like a bite from a fanged beast. The dents are deep and pointy.

Yeah, the albus wand is definitely the most beautiful. However, my favourite wand will always be Hermione Granger’s wand, it’s foresty and elf like, I really like the wooden aesthetics.

Exactly, me too. I think that a lot of the more unique, intrivate wands can’t be the characters’ first wands they got when they were kids because you don’t want a kid to be poking his eye out with a horn handle on his wand haha. I think that they either had their previous wands customised or they got new wands when they got older to match their taste/lifestyle.

to me the wizarding world is a place where i can escape. i've been read harry potter since i was a baby and grew up with a sister just as obsessed as i am. throughout my struggles with multiple medical conditions the past 6 years harry potter has always helped me. it's somewhere to go to that isn't a hospital room or clinic or rehab center. it's a place where i can be myself and not worry about being judged. throughout the hardest days of my life, harry has always been there. from my parents reading it to me after surgeries to having movie marathons with my friends the one day a month i could see them. it's helped me in ways i can't describe, it just means so much to me. thank you for this video cherry and for your channel in general, you inspire me to create and by my nerdy self! my twitter is @lokislumos

i actually think it's a bit problematic when a wand is so heavily styled based on the character. Line how would have the wandmaker known to make out of a spesific wood with a spesific core, a very out there, spesific styled wand like the Circus Directors. Because doesn't the wand choose the wizard after all, so how would the wandmaker know to make a wand to look like a circus stick ? what if that combination of a wood and core wants someone else? And on top of that... poor 11 year old kid who must have been wandering all his childhood why he has a fricking overgrown lollipop as a wand😂

To me, the wizarding world means, family. Hi! I don’t have twitter so my mom let me use her account. I’ve always had anxiety, so my therapists would try to find escapes for me. When I was 8, my mom started reading Harry Potter to me and I started to become myself again. Before I started reading Harry Potter, I was always moody and argumentative. As soon as I started the books, my parents saw me starting to become positive again. When I’m having a bad day, I watch the movies on repeat and read my favorite books over and over. I love the series and I love the people involved in it! I am living with an illness called Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome. It causes me to feel extreme amounts of pain when I get stressed. I have been battling with it for three years now. When I feel the pain coming, I take out Harry Potter and start reading until the pain goes away. Ten *more* wands? When does Cherry's Wand Shoppe open? :-) After a quick check, the runes look like stylized Old Futhark runes ("futhark" coming from the sounds of the first 6 in order). The closest match on the hilt is Mannaz (M or "man"), representative of intelligence, forethought, and skill (among other things). Of the four runes on the ring around the handle, two of them look like Ansuz (A, or "ancestral god"), whose meanings include inspiration, harmony, trust, and wisdom (reversed it's trickery, failed communication, and manipulation by others); the two nested triangular figures together are Jera (J/Y or "year"), representing prosperity, fruition, and a promise of success earned; and the three-line rune is Uruz (U or "ox"), representing strength, speed, untamed potential, freedom, courage, and wisdom (reversed it's missed abilities / opportunities, weak willpower, and ignorance). Yeah, the albus wand is definitely the most beautiful. However, my favourite wand will always be Hermione Granger’s wand, it’s foresty and elf like, I really like the wooden aesthetics.

Exactly, me too. I think that a lot of the more unique, intrivate wands can’t be the characters’ first wands they got when they were kids because you don’t want a kid to be poking his eye out with a horn handle on his wand haha. I think that they either had their previous wands customised or they got new wands when they got older to match their taste/lifestyle.

Mason Finley same here cherry explains in great detail unlike other channels which is maybe how she has nearly half a million viewers , I only recently saw the second film it's a lot better than reviews said as fans from the first potter franchise and books understand how things work , but show someone who hasn't a clue what goes on then , there like woah or that's cool or I don't get it , I think if you haven't invested a lot of time and energy into both films and newts book then it's hard to explain to reviewer certain aspects , but this channel does really impressed , 🙏🇬🇧

to me the wizarding world is a place where i can escape. i've been read harry potter since i was a baby and grew up with a sister just as obsessed as i am. throughout my struggles with multiple medical conditions the past 6 years harry potter has always helped me. it's somewhere to go to that isn't a hospital room or clinic or rehab center. it's a place where i can be myself and not worry about being judged. throughout the hardest days of my life, harry has always been there. from my parents reading it to me after surgeries to having movie marathons with my friends the one day a month i could see them. it's helped me in ways i can't describe, it just means so much to me. thank you for this video cherry and for your channel in general, you inspire me to create and by my nerdy self! my twitter is @lokislumos

i actually think it's a bit problematic when a wand is so heavily styled based on the character. Line how would have the wandmaker known to make out of a spesific wood with a spesific core, a very out there, spesific styled wand like the Circus Directors. Because doesn't the wand choose the wizard after all, so how would the wandmaker know to make a wand to look like a circus stick ? what if that combination of a wood and core wants someone else? And on top of that... poor 11 year old kid who must have been wandering all his childhood why he has a fricking overgrown lollipop as a wand😂

To me, the wizarding world means, family. My mom first introducted me to Harry Potter when i was young and i fell in love, I was still too young to see the movies in the cinema so only my brother could go with her, but as soon as they were out on dvd we always had movie nights with my whole family to watch the new movie and i would kind of claim the dvd after and keep watching it again and again. Now i'm older, have read all the books and am still very much in love with the wizarding world, i have found more family online who share this love, like our magical family on this channel which i am very thankfull for :3 To me it also means accepting who i am, i never thought i fitted the Gryffindor reputation i guess, but now i do feel like a Neville, brave in my own way. Its such a coincidence that you should do this giveaway, as a couple of weeks I actually wrote a tweet about how much the Wizarding World means to me. There are so many reasons I could give as to why the WW holds a special place in my heart, but I think it would probably be how it has honestly been my best friend. Hi! I don’t have twitter so my mom let me use her account. I’ve always had anxiety, so my therapists would try to find escapes for me. When I was 8, my mom started reading Harry Potter to me and I started to become myself again. Before I started reading Harry Potter, I was always moody and argumentative. As soon as I started the books, my parents saw me starting to become positive again. When I’m having a bad day, I watch the movies on repeat and read my favorite books over and over. I love the series and I love the people involved in it! I am living with an illness called Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome. It causes me to feel extreme amounts of pain when I get stressed. I have been battling with it for three years now. When I feel the pain coming, I take out Harry Potter and start reading until the pain goes away. Harry Potter has really helped me cope with my struggles and has changed me for the better. I really hope you can consider me for the giveaway!

The wizarding world means so much to me because without it I wouldn't be best friends wih my bff right now because when I first met her we met at this think called christmas at hogwarts my school was organizing it, it was held during recess and my friend didn't want to go outside so she went there she didn't know anything about harry potter (how dare she I know) so over the course of the event I started telling her and teaching her about hp then she came to my house and we watched all the movies together and got to know each other and from those days on we have been bffs ever since and we go to that event every year together my twitter handle is @IsabelleJeff11

Nothing I could ever say will fully describe what the Wizarding World means to me, although I'll do my best to try. The Wizarding World means everything to me. It provides an escape from our muggle world which isn't always perfect, and it has provided this wonderful Wizarding World community which I am so glad to be a part of! I love getting lost in this world and can't wait to immerse in it in a new way this Friday!

After a quick check, the runes look like stylized Old Futhark runes ("futhark" coming from the sounds of the first 6 in order). The closest match on the hilt is Mannaz (M or "man"), representative of intelligence, forethought, and skill (among other things). Of the four runes on the ring around the handle, two of them look like Ansuz (A, or "ancestral god"), whose meanings include inspiration, harmony, trust, and wisdom (reversed it's trickery, failed communication, and manipulation by others); the two nested triangular figures together are Jera (J/Y or "year"), representing prosperity, fruition, and a promise of success earned; and the three-line rune is Uruz (U or "ox"), representing strength, speed, untamed potential, freedom, courage, and wisdom (reversed it's missed abilities / opportunities, weak willpower, and ignorance). All in all, veerrrrry interesting runes for Professor Dumbledore to have on his wand!

In fact, I just rechecked the video, and those runes actually appear upside-down to anyone holding the wand by its handle! A warning, perhaps...? Hmmm... :-)

The fantastic beast and harry potter movies go further into detail than most people are aware of. J.K. Rowling Definately did her homework.
