💯 agree. He has no business being on the bench if he is that indecisive and unwilling to take control of the situation. He initially says this is the date for her sentencing, which requires her presence in the courtroom. Then he sort of backtracks, dancing around the issue, careful not to order her on the record, hoping that the prosecutor will take control of the situation. What a 🤡

Yes, the Judge needs to grow a pair! He's the Judge and controls everything that does or doesn't happen in his court. He has the final word! He has the authority to order a bailiff to drag a person standing in the hallway who has committed contempt of court into the courtroom. So why isn't he ordering a deputy and/or bailiff to drag a prisoner into the courtroom? Why are the jailers/deputies not dragging or wheeling (if she won't walk willingly) into the courtroom? Has the Sheriff not taught his jail staff how to effectively run the county jail? Makes me question whose running the jail. Is it the prisoners or the corrections officers?
Edited after watching more of the video: So the corrections officers didn't want to get into trouble with the Judge? Sounds like they're willing and capable of dragging/wheeling her into the courtroom. 🤔🤷‍♀️

It's not that he can't order her there. He can't order how the prison gets her there. Like Mike said at the end. The prison is under the order of the Executive branch. The judge as part of the judicial branch can't tell them how to do those things. It is just like the judge can't order a person be put in protective custody. Separation of powers is very important. If he did order her brought there in restraints it could be something that gives him sanctions. Once she's in there and such he's in control. It's all about her getting there

I think we need to pass laws where Karen behavior and sovereign citizen behavior has consequences. Neither of those things are okay to be. Especially the sovereign citizens. If you don't want to be a part of the United States then get out. It is hypocritical because a lot of them are some of the same ppl who are against immigration. I fact, from th videos I have seen most SC seem more right wing than left. So if you got an issue with foreigners who come here for a better life and want to be a part of America when you, yourself, want to be seperate and sovereign then I think we need to strip these idiots of their citizenship and force them into other countries. Idc if that is harsh, I got no respect for a SC.

Shanamarie Blackshire found guilty at trial with no defense. a trial “in absentia” was held at Santa Cruz County Superior Court. By her own choice, Shanamarie Blackshire was not in the courtroom. Because she had chosen to represent herself, no lawyer was on hand to raise objections, cross-examine the state’s witness or present evidence on her behalf. Blackshire was never evaluated by a psychiatrist to determine whether she was competent to stand trial. court documents state that she refused to participate in an assessment with a qualified medical professional.
Blackshire had been offered a deal to plead guilty in exchange for 10 years of probation. Blackshire was charged with unlawfully entering two private residences in the summer of 2021; she also allegedly damaged property in both homes. Shanamarie Blackshire, a 37-year-old mother convicted by a jury of burglarizing a gated community in Rio Rico, was sentenced to seven years in prison during a hearing at Santa Cruz County Superior Court.

It was an expert witness for the defense.
