If you're on windows 11 just make the shortcut on your desktop screen like it says you have to do, then "right click-more options-cut" then go to where he says in the video shell:startup then "right click-more options-paste" then do what he says. Also, the other file he has in his startup folder doesn't need to be there that is something personal he had.

Same thing happened to me, go to settings > Output > select "Output Mode: Advanced" > then on the Replay Buffer tab you need to check "Enable Replay Buffer", click apply and save and the start replay buffer option should now show under your controls

@@hsvv022 What he didn't mention is that only RX 7000 GPU's have an AV1 encoder. RX 6000 and lower do not. AOM AV1 and SVT AV1 are CPU encoders.
