Ryan Crouser is on different level, Kovacs consistency is on a different pace and one to be admired
Honestly, the best moment to cap this off, I think NBC ended up putting it up. They did the 100m hurdles, and then the shot put right after, of course. And Joe Kovacs had forgotten his blue track suit top that American athletes were supposed to wear on the stand, so Grant Holloway handed over his. And you just have the moment of Joe Kovacs, massive shot putter that he is, squeezing into skinny little Grant Holloway's sweat top. They had to help him pull it down and they were laughing all the way to the stand.
Very excited to see what Ryan can do this upcoming season, the new "Crouser Slide" that he has been working on could lead to some massive jumps this year. USA shot put is in such a good place right now.
