I just talked to my uncle about this video and he said his barber (Enzo) is Tim's downstairs neighbor. Well this guy said he heard Tim sobbing and crying out in pain and frustration the Doc's name over and over. Enzo called the police because he was worried Tim would hurt himself, the police said that there was a shrine to the Doc in his living room and that they were able to calm him down enough that they were satisfied he was in no danger. The police did say that they had to tell Tim to extinguish over 300 candles he had lit around this bizarre shrine because of the fire hazard. I'm not sure that took place on the day of this video, but I think it's safe to say the Doc has an awesome amount of power over this man and he needs to realize that with great power comes great responsibility. Words hurt, Doc, remember that.
