そーれ 過去の店舗展開、変遷ご存知の方いますか？ 平成初期に千種区末盛通2 交差点近くで食べた覚えが・・・
そこはそれ‐るです。
そこはソーレの常連さん(当時は松坂屋の外商担当)だった志智さん(あんかけスパ の名付け親)が、ソールという店名で最初に開業されてたお店ですね。
今は名東区で、からめ亭という店名で営業されています。
息子さんが栄で支店を任されています。
一時期フランチャイズ店も何店かありましたが、ちょっと減ってしまいました。
残念デス。
コメントご教示いただき、改めて8月31日 土曜日夜 そーれ伺いました。3代目店主のお顔を見ること出来ませんでしたが、味に感慨深いモノありました。冷凍持ち帰りソースを自宅で試しました。やっぱりクセになりますね😁
