@@RicksRides1 I just picked up a used one for $110 for my 2003 Trailblazer EXT North Face with the 5.3. So, obviously, I was perusing videos. I encountered a Canadian guy who had a different scanner made by Superchips. He said that the tuner was junk and it wouldn't take a tune. I passed this information onto his channel comment section. I noticed that some of the Diablosport mentions in forums mentioned something similar about the fuses needing to be pulled? So, I don't know how widespread it may be with Ford, Dodge, or even the newer GM engines, but it didn't appear to be exclusive to the 2950 in these years. If I recall, I think the Canadian had a 2016, or 2017, so it may still be an issue to this day? Somebody suggested in a forum that this fuse and tune issue only occurs with OnStar equipped vehicles? Maybe so? I don't know? I'm glad you mentioned the fuse fix because I'm sure I'd have assumed that the used tuner was non-functional had I not been able to stumble upon the information in forums, after I'd have likely searched for information about the tuner, itself. So, thanks for that info. I appreciate it. I passed it along to another, whether it will help him out, or not.
hey so im considering doing this..just doing my research now though.Did you notice any mpg gains? What other things did you do to your chev that actually worked ? What is your current mpg from your mods? Thankyou
Interesting information about the various fuses.
brianwesley28 yes it’s a pain in the butt, I got a sharpie and colored the ones I had to remove to make it easier...
