    Thank you everybody for the positive feedback! Really means a lot to me. This was a fun one to do and Fouad made it very easy. Again thank you for the comments and DMs I got. Glad we can help some in some way.

      I herniated a disc in my neck several years ago and didn’t have to have surgery thankfully but I can’t back squat anymore. I stick to front squats, hack squats, v squats, and leg press for mass and I’m sure the same approach would work for you to protect your body but still train similar to how you’d like.

    Bro you pick the best people to interview. Some are obvious popular choices. But it's the people who most of us would never hear of that make what your doing and the world of bodybuilding seem smaller and more close knit than it often truly is

    i loved what he said about studies, no bull just train hard. I feel the same way, like all these studies are just an excuse not to actually go and lift some weights. Another great interview Fouad. And i started to do vacuums after you suggested it in one of your shows and i love the control i got only after few weeks.

    Riding sport bikes is my number one Hobby you can't really describe the feeling you get when you can just go ride for a couple hours and clear your mind it's a great therapy tool. I know people who've died and have amputated limbs from riding you can't really think about it otherwise you'll never do it. Highly recommend buying a motorcycle!

    Excellent interviewing again Fouad. Imo, best podcast so far and I believe because of the prolonged drug talk. I feel there’s tons of places to learn about nutrition and training but there’s no where to learn about the drugs!

    • @FouadAbiad
      @FouadAbiad  5 років тому +1

      Isaac Tyndall I can talk to the guys who are open about it but not everyone wants to discuss.
      Also this podcast is more about learning who the guys are than learning about nutrition, drugs, training.
      I try to cover everything.

    Fouad, the easiest Harley to ride is the vrod!! (Night Rod or Muscle)It revs up to 9k before you have to shift.....its fast and fun, slipper clutch, very forgiving w downshifts/misshifts. Just pick the time of day you ride, consider traffic, etc.......you can be safe and enjoy a bike!!! Truly nothing like it!!!

      @@bassemashouri3258 I have never squatted anything over 550lbs. I don't believe 1-2 rep maxes build quads. If you can't squat it for 6-8 then its probably not helping build volume. Squatting a heavy weight for 15 reps will get you bigger legs than a max weight for 3.
