Beautiful home! How is the quality built? We have a 3300 Square-foot mid century home in castle hills….you vid is temping to sell and buy new. Does this builder use steady materials similar to a mid century home ( roofing Planks cedar vs compress wood of modern homes, etc..)
Perry Homes is really well known for their quality of construction and it's one of the main reasons my wife and I decided to build with them. The roof decking is compressed wood, as is the case with just about every other builder out there, but the rest of the frame is stick built to withstand 90mph winds.
Building practices have changed a lot over time and many of our clients often choose to go newer for the quality they see as well as the energy efficiencies and the warranties that come with newer construction.
