For example pp is si debtor sumulat kay creditor na condoning expressly the latter kblogation po para maideliver yung parcel ng land arising from a previous transaction po tapos pl si creditor knaccept po yung letter bh remission po. Pero base po sa law this remission did not comply with the requisite formalities for the condonation involving an immovable property po .

So po yung intention to condone the obligation can easily be deduced from the act of Debtor po, hindi po ba malalaman na meron po implied remission which shall extinguish the obligation po?
