  • Here's what I eat in a day to create a calorie deficit. It's important to know that these kind of videos are not posted to promote Ed. The channel aims to provide low calorie recipes for people who want to lose weight. Moreover, by no means am I suggesting YOU to take 900 calories in a day. You can definitely add more calories to this diet plan. Please consult your health practitioner if you have any reservations regarding anything shown in the video.
    The video includes:
    Low calorie breakfast recipe
    Low calorie snack recipe
    Low calorie drink recipe
    Low calorie meals i.e low calorie lunch recipe and low calorie dinner recipe
    And finally, a low calorie dessert recipe.

    Low fat almond milk: 3/4 cup
    Sweetener or honey: 1 tablespoon
    Rolled oats: 1/4 cup
    Cocoa powder: 1-2 tablespoons
    Chocolate essence (optional)

    Low fat milk: 3/4 cup
    Coffee: 1 teaspoon
    Sugar free caramel sauce
    Low fat whipped topping
    Calories: 50

    🌸Ingredients
    Chicken breast: 1/2 cup
    Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
    Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
    Tomato paste or ketchup: 1 tablespoon
    Salt: As required
    Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
    Cayenne: 1/4 teaspoon
    Chicken seasoning: 1 teaspoon
    Water: 1/4 cup

    Whole wheat flour or all purpose flour: 5 tablespoons (38 grams)
    Low fat almond milk: To knead a dough
    Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 grams)
    Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons (25 grams)
    Low fat mozzarella cheese (string cheese) : 1 sticks or as required (the one that has 50 calories per stick)

    This video is packed full of information, every ingredient is mentioned + we get a heads up about whats to come like "I'll cut a slice in a minute" its like she reads my mind! Every cooking video should be like this...

    This must be the first daily menu I have ever seen (and I'm a senior) where absolutely everything looks delicious and perfect. I am an extremely picky eater and often prefer my meals to be simple, but look special, like these. Cooks normally put too much 'disgusting' foods in with their meal prep and it puts me right off. Everything here is simple and tasty. If I lived in your area, I'd hire (and beg) you to make my daily meals for me. This was lovely to watch.

      Hey! Keep in mind that 900 calories a day is not sustainable, or healthy. A woman's daily minimum is 1200 calories a day, and 1600 for a man. Eating less can lead to an eating disorder or other health issues in the long term. This should only be done on occassion or under doctors supervision. Stay healthy :)

    That's My kind of dinner! Just add some sriracha, no wonder I love everything You make, we like the same flavors and combos!! I also rather not eat much during the day and a heavier dinner, i cannot go to bed hungry! Great job on that 900 cal. 💪

    Please don't cook garlic like that. Put it I'm after searing the chicken. Burning garlic creates a bitter flavour and can cause indigestion.
