my house is 80 years old and built of burnt brick and lime whenever earth quake comes whole neighborhood is outside my house as thats the only place they feel safe around....and its in the north of india, many South Indian swamis have been at my place 50 years back! its blessed by Manu South Indian swamis :)

The Chinese have strong faith in FengShui, similar to Vastu, which is the environment and the houses built. Until today, they use a compass to measure the energy of the land, also taking consideration of the shape of the house, it's material and orientation.
Explains why my rent home bothers me the location of walls, counters, etc are off balanced. It was better then the other rent we seen. The first room was a bathroom 🤷♀️ I will save this video when we look for a home next year. I like square or rectangle rooms.

Please get used to the fact there are some who don’t agree with you or with Jaggi Vasudev. And that it is entirely ok for them to voice their disagreement. Simply tossing around statements such as “you are very angry” takes away any credibility you may have. Take care.
My house was built 300 years ago with brick from local clay, lime and wood. It stood through centuries of history and is in an area inhabited for thousands of years. I felt beyond good the first moment i visited it. Proud to be able to restore it from a period of decay and neglect. Found my personal rest living here and know it will continue to be standing in times while i am long gone.

Yes, I have the tendency to pick up both negative and positive energy when I walk into a building quite easily. The geometry of a building affects me very easily, I don't know why then, but after listening Sadhguru I'm able to internalise it now; thank you for sharing this video

How deep is ocean? Well, you will have to dive in it and go further down to know how deep it is. The deeper you go the more you know about it. Same about Vastu Shastra.

It nothing but tells where should be your kitchen? If your kitchen is in South West direction of your house then it is bad for home. in which direction your door should be? How it will impact your personal life if build something without knowing the VastuShastra Will you be bankrupt or there will always fight and violence in house .

Huge respect to sadhguru, but the video promotion team, you need to relook at what title messages you are posting to grab viewers attention, “know this before buying house” aright I spent 10 mins what did get to know NOTHING, don’t waste people time with misleading title to grab attention I felt this with many of the recent videos slowly I have started loosing interest, you justify your title with wealth of information sadhguru has and spoken in the video. Ashokji, I am equally disappointed with misleading title to attract viewers. Some people have raised question about Geometry. But if you have worked in an engineering field, you will know the importance. Slight miscalculation, and the damage is done with fast moving modern machines. But same logic works practically ,with rather stationary and very strong architectural constructions.ie temples, palaces and residential properties.

Its base on the main door or house facing.. like south facing, or east facing.. even out govt our housing authorities dont give us exact one side face.. it will be like SW, NE, NW etc.. so we will always have to also include some other extra effort to make up for it.. i did it, people i know did it.. not sure if it is new to u
He gave the top rule: it should be harmonious and in sync with your self. Rest is details that you find out by participating. E.g. there is a buffet spread in front of you. Sadguru says, everyone please go and eat as per your taste and harmony with your self. But someone says, I do not know my taste please tell me which dish to eat. Thatz asking for too much.

Sans depending on the advice of a Vaastu Shastra consultant, how does one know how to choose the geometry of a house to suit us in a developing housing complex?
There are experts of vaastu shastra. You have to lookup. Usually temple priests are good at this. Also if you buy a house without consulting vaastu expert then it can be corrected to some extent by some remodeling.
I have a big problem every where I go and reside becomes crowded and then I feel uncomfortable. I have moved so much in search of peace.

Have a vastu shastra expert to consult with before building, chinese call it feng shui but it works a bit different way though.. on u what u dicide for yourself and family.. i can only say dont rush and keep the basic the basic things in mind and discuss with builder, might cost a bit more hut worth it in longer run.. gl
