Induction stove is wotking based on the principle of electromagnectic induction .....by appling current in the copper coil, , the induction increses when , current increses ....inductance is nothing but the resistance of the coil....it unit is henry ....when ever the inductance increases heat increases .....in wire , we say resistance...increase in resistance heat is increased likewise in coil , we say inductance , increase in inductance increase in heat , , , by increasing current , , increase in inductance ....

Electromagnetic effect (induction) which vibrates the atoms present in the vessel and then due to continuous vibration the temprature raises. This is the basic principle behind induction stove. In order to control temperature there is an elecronically operated cooling fan (with sink) which will evacuvate the unwanted heat energy. So please power off the Induction Stove after 3 - 5 mins on completion of its use.

The induction stove consists of a copper coil connected to a power supply. Then, AC current is supplied to the copper coil. The copper coil becomes an electro magnet and generates oscillating magnetic field. The highly oscillating magnetic field produces eddy current on the ferro- magnetic vessel(Remember moving electric field causes magnetic field and vice versa) . The vessel resists the flow of electricity which generates heat. That's how induction stove works.
