Hey the last recipe is a typical food from Argentina. We call it milanesas. These are milanesas rellenas a la napolitana... without the cheese filling they are tasty too, but you have to mix the eggs with some garlic, salt and parsley and the chicken breasts cut it in half to do it this way. You can cook it eather fried (which is kinda difficult to get a well-cooked milanesa) or in the oven on an oven iron with some oil, when it's gold from one side you turn it to the other until it's the same way; then time to eat!
Made the Spinach one tonight and it came out perfectly. Only made half of what was recommended on the video and a salad on the side and it was enough to feed three people! Awesome night with family. :-)
This reminds me of a restaurant my wife & I used to enjoy until they started putting a slab of butter on their steaks. I'm lactose intolerant & she thought it made the steak unnecessarily greasy. They also loved bringing out salads with cheese in them after I said "No cheese in my salad please.".
The best recipes to impress are the indian ones in my opinion. You need some spices and the rest is super cheap and you basically only need to chop vegetables and cook the meat in the sauce you make. Serve it together with rice and you get the person you want.
