I could never afford to eat this way daily or even a one time a week. Steak is expensive especially the cuts used in the video. The chicken is somewhat cheap...but seriously people arent eating rib eye and lobster daily unless they are well off. Americans are obese cause we eat procceed fast food. We eat more carbs, simple sugars, and fat rather than protien and fiber. We dont have balanced diets, which results is obesity. Plus genes dont help. But seriously it is cheaper to eat proccessed foods like mac n cheese than it is to make a nice slamon dinner with salad.
