    Very good explanation. You have made it very clear, the definition of CA, BUA, SBUA and what includes in open area. I would like to hear your views regarding slilt parking,which is normally free of FSI. Has the developer has the right to sell the stilt parking, even though he got it free of FSI?.

    Sir what about the parking area?? Is it included or not in the any of the above areas??
    Is allocation of common parking area done for the flats being sold to the different people for the same piece of land?
    For example : common stilt parking at ground floor and floors being sold to the the different individuals.
